I loved seeing mother and daughter preparing traditional food together in the kitchen. It's something special for us, but really you're making precious memories together.
I made this kugel for a new years brunch today! What a hit it was! This basic recipe is so easily adjusted and turned into a savory one as I did to make a Spinach one as well. I also added a bit of ricotta and feta to the savory kugel...so excited to make other variations next. Thank you!!!! I love Evie's mom she us so lucky to be her daughter!

Should be okay. Just measure out half of every ingredient in the recipe. Might need a smaller baking pan.
