Do u share the icing recipe or do u have one you'd recommend to a beginner to use. I'm looking to decorate monster truck cookies for my boys 6th bday but I don't know what I should be looking for when it comes to cookie recipes or icing recipes. Yours are amazing.

These are amazing, but wow, so much work! How in the world do you not get any cratering? I even use a dehydrator and still have issues.
It took me a ton of practice to not have cratering in my cookies and I still get them from time to time. One of the biggest things I fixed was the consistency of the icing. I make all of my icing as a medium consistency. It’s between flooding and pipping consistency which is about a 20 second consistency. We made a tutorial video on our icing:
