I love watching stuff like this.
Really enjoyed your commentary and thoughts as to why you were doing things. Great video!
Some very interesting moves. Love seeing the gameplay with some thoughts added in as to what your possible plans are for next turn.
Thank you for this video. And what band is playing during fast play?
Well done to get 2 rounds done in about 1hr.
On round 2 Usa forgot to collect 2ipcs for Brazil.A couple of questions about UK National objectives.(NOs).Does UKE collect 3 or 5 ipcs for its NOs?And,how does the "outer perimeter"NO work for UKP?
Axis and Allies Global 1940 is a good game, but very in favor of the axis if the allies don't get a bid. I've played 14 solo games and countless games against the hard ai in TripleA. Most the times that the axis goes for Moscow they win. I simply can't get enough troops as USA/UK into Europe fast enough. If I try as Germany to do Sea Lion tho, or if the ai tries Sea Lion, I can usually stop it, in which case the Axis usually lose eventually. In my experience a bid of 40 for the allies is needed to balance it out.
Redo if France goes bad, yet ni one ever pulls a redo if the allies get wiped out. Doesn’t that tell us something
I know it’s to late but wouldn’t the British cruiser in 97 convoy the Italians?
Great video but failed Paris opener is a telltale that g1 is risky. If it’s okay to take a “mulligan” then sure take the chance but otherwise risking the game on the opener? Lots of other good plays throughout and speed up w/soundtrack is cool.
That's a crazy result in Paris....failure there on G1 = game over
