There is no practice needed for tennis. Does one train for pickle ball, bowling, table tennis, badminton? No, just go and play. Just go out and hit the ball and have fun. Don’t take it so seriously. People are being drawn into these programs where a major investment is required and you need a coach to teach you how to jump up and down? This is pure insanity. Kids are being misled into these programs for no reason and parents pay money, drop them off and think they are going to be the next super star. Forget about it, just hit and have fun, there is no need to test 100 tennis rackets, buy new golf clubs every year, it's all marketing a phony idea to the consumer that you are going to be a superstar if you do this and that and follow this program and buy this and that. This mindset is ruining the world and restricting millions from playing. Forget all of these videos, it's embarrassing, all this to hit a ball 41 feet over a net, just go out and play shut these losers out of your life.
