I don't think it's Castle Island. You see those things in the background that look like Imperial AT-AT walkers at 1:34? That is the shipping terminal next to Castle Island. My guess is either somewhere along the coast of Winthrop or along the linear park in East Boston. Bayswater Street in East Boston is also pretty popular - I've seen many people sit there with cameras.
