This was so good, like all your other Marvel Champions playthroughs. I love them!
Please keep them coming. :)
Thanks! Much appreciated!
Awesome gameplay! From time to time, watching all your older gameplays. Thanks for the video!
OresteGamba, thanks for coming back to watch! Happy Gaming! :)
@@DaletheCasualGamer Definitely no pressure at all, sincerly hoping that a day new MC videos will arrive...
Really good playthrough, made me noticed some things I missed 1st time I tried fighting the crew.
Wow, I'm just starting in the game, been watching your playthroughs. Was warned that the Wrecking Crew was a skippable expansion but for solo play they are looking like a massively challenging good time. Thanks for this one!
@Joe OConnor Thanks for watching! The Wrecking Crew has been labelled as "too easy", but I like the mechanics of fighting multiple villains. And depending on the hero you choose, or if you play with 4 people, they can be quite a challenge. Now with all that said, I'm all in on any expansion for this game and like having another villain pack to pull in on occasion. Hope you enjoy! :)
Nice video! I wasnt interested in the wrecking crew at first but seeing this made me realize they have really cool mechanics
Thanks, for watching! The mechanics do work well ... and I think this scenario will get harder with more hero’s in the mix.
This was a great play-through video, I have the Wrecking Crew but never tried them out yet. Enjoyable Vid!
Have fun taking on the Crew, and thanks for watching! :)
Great playthrough as always! I normally play solo with one hero so this is a great way to learn other strategies to implement...
I promised myself not to be a completionist with this game but your videos changed my mind 🙂 (my wallet is not so thankful though 🤣)
@rorroguzman If this is the only game you've got the completionist bug on, you're doing well! :)
well done.
Well done! Great video showing off the Wrecking Crew!
Thanks, much appreciated!!
Just started playing again solo during the quarantine. Really enjoying your videos!
Thanks for watching! Good luck in your gaming and stay safe!!
So jealous, im still waiting to get my hands on green goblin and your playing wreaking crew already.
Are you in the US ... near Virginia? We could do a Marvel Team-Up. :)
I tried green goblin today. It’s fun
so they look scary, but are easily dealt with if you pay attention
Thx dale capitan America is very strong under your control
I think he’s one of the strongest heroes! Avoiding attacks with his shield block, strong hits and his ability to discard a card to ready ... very good!!
Thanks for the video.
Piledriver's taunt rule got us. We forgot we could only attack him until we removed that attachment. Oooops
Sounds like something I’d do. Forgetting cards is my norm. ;)
Clear and to the point. Really enjoying your videos.
Thanks for watching! No time for a monologue, just time to serve some Justice, with a side of Aggression with some great Leadership and Protection. ;)
Great playthrough as always! I use your videos a lot to learn the mechanics. At 23:00, you use Agent 13 to defend and sacrifice herself in the attack. But from what rule do you avenge her right after?
Thanks for watching! And that would be "Dale's" rule. Nothing from game terms. :)
Dale the Casual Gamer ahhhh tks! :)
Nice video! Thanks! Where did you get those little card holders??
Thanks! They are uberstax and come in handy for many games!! www.uberstax.com
Fun Video what stands are you using keeps things so clean
Thanks for watching! I use uberstax, and have purchased many packs. www.uberstax.com
Any chance u could play this scenario with 2 heroes?
There’s definitely a chance. ;)
Dale, do you find it easier to win playing two-handed? When possible I prefer to play single-handed so I'm hoping this game scales well down to 1.
@TeaRex091 I think the game scales well from 1 to 4 players. Of course with 4 players, you will go through the encounter deck a lot quicker, but you have support to help with that. I do prefer to play solo games with only once character, but do enjoy the Marvel Team-Up on occasion. :)
Fun video
Thanks for watching!
Hello Dale. I love your videos! I also love your set up for this. I have a weird question. I am trying to reproduce it with my Uberstax and I was curious how you got the Uberstax to stack 3 high without falling back? (The one holding the villain health dials).Did you prop something up behind them? It’s cool if you don’t want to give away your behind the scenes tricks 😁👍 Keep up the great videos.
Thanks for watching! And the uberstax are fun! When you go high with the stax, you need to go longer with the back support, so while it's 3 stax high, it's 2 stax deep. The second stax is upside down (if that makes sense) when you connect it. Hope that helps. If not, shoot me an email or contact me at my website and I'll forward you a picture.

Dale the Casual Gamer thanks for the quick response! That does make sense. I did what you said and iit works great. Man those things are versatile 😃
This components is amazing. Where did you buy it ?... Did you make it by yourself?
@X2N KO Thanks for watching! They are UberStax and you can find purchase information at their website at www.uberstax.com .
I also did a video highlighting how they work at czcams.com/video/HBNRANBuKS4/video.html
Hope that helps, and happy gaming! :)
@@DaletheCasualGamer Thank you for your informations 🙇
thx for the video. Can I have a question?: what if active villain and few others have the most threat on their scheme and you are instructed (per main scheme response) to move active counter? Can you choose to leave the active counter on current active villain ? Or do you have to move it to another villain with the same amount of threat ?
@Zonk Thanks for watching! If there is a tie for most threat among the villains, you can choose to move it or keep it on the same villain. Hope that helps and good luck!
@@DaletheCasualGamer great, thanks a lot !!!
I also jumped on the idea of using the little dials for the crew and the big dial for myself. And then the first player token to denote the active villain. Makes it feel like they are the plucky underdogs working together to take down the big bad (me).
It does feel like a role reversal from the previous plays! :)
What are the card holders you use? And where can I get some?
@Nathan Ake Thanks for watching! They are UberStax and you can find purchase information for them at www.uberstax.com . I also did a video highlighting them at czcams.com/video/HBNRANBuKS4/video.html and a handy attachment tray at czcams.com/video/dyC9jiuOrwc/video.html . Hope that helps and happy gaming! :)
@@DaletheCasualGamer just pick them up thank you.
At 24mn46, you don't have to take the damage as you're not defending. Am I right? Besises, good game! Cap Am is very effective and fun to play with agression!
Sounds good to me! Good catch! :)
Dale, what are the card stands you use?
@Tim They are UberStax and are available at www.uberstax.com I did a video highlighting them at czcams.com/video/HBNRANBuKS4/video.html . Enjoy!
Where did you get those card stands for the Wrecking Crew?
They are uberstax and have come in handy for many games. Needless to say, I’ve purchased a few. :) www.uberstax.com
Hello Dale, one question: Watching a bunch of your videos. Asking me one Question: Why do you use Lockjaw so often? I think the card is rubbish, but i am not an expert Marvel Champions Player
@Flo_9393 Thanks for watching! I'm no expert either. For me, Lockjaw typically becomes a safety net of an ally that can be pulled out of the discard pile as a last option. And having the ability to attack or thwart for 2 and then take a hit is good. And that physical resource means he works well in Aggression decks with the Hulk ally. Hope that gives you some insight to my liking of the massive dog. :)
@@DaletheCasualGamer get it! Thanks:)
What is the downside of having to discard cards from your deck? Seems like a pointless threat considering you just reshuffle your discard into your deck when you run out of cards. Sure, it might be harder to find one specific card, but you usually just have to wait a little longer.
Going through your deck does get you an extra encounter card.
That seemed remarkably easy all things considering.
Cap is that good. ;)
Dale ! Will you make Arkham Horror LCG tutorial ? playthrough?
I hear that's a great game, but I don't have a copy ... and I'm a bit of a competitionist and there's too much to catch up on for that game. But that's not to say I wouldn't pick it up at some point. :)
@argolittO Guess what game has recently been added to my collection. I blame ... I mean thank you for my descent into madness! :D
@@DaletheCasualGamer hahaha great! Cant wait for videos! 😂😂😂
Where did you get those Villain bases?
They are uberstax and come 6 pieces to a pack ... needless to say, I've purchased several packs. www.uberstax.com
Where are those stands from you are using?
Check out uberstax.com ... I’ve purchased a few packs. :)
This was so much fun to watch!
Glad you enjoyed it!! :)
Do you ever play two handed?
@Jayme A Sure do! Especially with Ant-Man/Wasp, Scarlet Witch/Quicksilver and now Rocket/Groot.
Is that your preferred way to play?
@@DaletheCasualGamer oh cool! I don’t have some of those heroes yet. But I do prefer two heroes.
@@jaymea8907 Sometimes I like a quick solo play, and sometimes I like the interaction between heroes and sharing the load of damage and threat removal. Happy gaming! :)
@@DaletheCasualGamer Yes me too!. Reason I asked is I just got the wrecking crew expansion and played with spidey aggression and spider woman and got wrecked on standard. Haha but you played with only Cap and on hard and made it look easy 😄😄
@@jaymea8907 They can get tricky, especially when you think one villain will be attacking and the order changes and then you're getting hit with another with overkill and you were planning on an ally saving you. Good luck! :)
The main scheme should have its own encounter deck including all Standard, Expert, and the Obligation Card. After drawing an encounter from the active villain you should draw one from the main scheme. If the main scheme encounter deck emptys just reshuffle without adding an accleration token.
Valid variant.
That would seem to make it much harder. Only 10 cards (with expert cards) + obligations, so that’s be a small deck you’d be going thru, especially with a few Surge cards in there.
I watched all your playthroughs. The only issue I have is even in expert mode you seem to win so easily. Is this game too easy? Or are you only posting games you win? What is your win rate. I prefer games where the win rate is below 50%. I think a high win rate game will get boring very quickly.
First off, thanks for watching!!
My win rate playing multi-player with other people is much lower. For my solo plays, I tend to build "appropriate" decks for the encounter. While I believe Captain America or Spider-Man should be able to do well solo, other heroes may have issues. With that said, Captain America and Spider-Man are my two favorite heroes that have been released so I tend to gravitate towards them (they also really fit my play style). While I love the mechanics of how Iron-Man works, not sure how he would do solo since it takes a bit for him to get out of alter-ego form.
I did just finish a playthrough of Wrecking Crew (on easy) vs Captain Marvel and Ms. Marvel, and during my "test" run (while not recording), they were not successful. Win or lose, if I'm recording, I'll post whichever outcome (the process takes too long). Cap has his shield to help, they did not and I learned that defending, while not productive for the next turn, was needed for them to live. ;)
Are you sure you can remove the side scheme after the relative villain is defeated? I have not read anything on the cards that confirm it. In my opinion you have to put 1 threat on the side scheme every turn also if there is no more the villain
The side scheme for each villain is removed when the villain who "owns" it is defeated. It's a specific condition in this scenario pack. In fact, it's the only way to remove their side schemes, as even getting those schemes down to zero does not clear them away.
Thanks Matt ... It’s noted in the tiny Rulebook in the expansion pack. Hope that helps peppeppe69.
Dale the Casual Gamer thanks
