    ✹ All right. So in this video I will tell you how to become a lucid dreamer. In one day it is possible, and when I say become a lucid dreamer, I mean your going to have regular lucid dreams that you control. You can dream about what you want to and you can decide when to do it. So I been teaching this for over 10 years, just just under 10 years. Actually, I've been lucid dreaming myself for over 10 years and I'll break down everything I've learned. I've spent probably over $50000 or more in learning, training, books, studies, coaching courses and research interlude dreaming to find out what's the best way of doing it, the most effective ways.
    I’m Stef, and I help spiritual seekers learn how to control their dreams through lucid dreaming so they can explore their subconscious minds.

      Go to sleep at nine I think. I used to be a natural Lucid dreamer when I was younger and that’s when I slept, every night I automatically woke up at 3 am and used the bathroom then went back to sleep. That may be why I used to Lucid dream every night.

      How much do you observe detail in the world around you? Do you notice birds flying, or bugs on the sidewalk?
      Social media and video games reduce your lucidity a lot, and it's good to use your brain's autopilot as little as possible. The more logical, intentional, and especially aware you are, the more lucid dreams you usually have. Social media naturally is an industry worth billions designed to distract you, which makes it the opposite of that.

    I remember once I "lucid-dreamed" but I could do like half of what I really wanted.
    Like, I could spawn people but not make them do things nor customise them: when I tried there was a litteral pop-up saying "This action is blocked by an administrator." and I was like "wdym administrator, I AM THE ADMINISTRATOR!"

      One important dream was when I dreamed of me lucid-dreaming. Let me explain:
      There was 3 people with me living in a teletubbies-type of world with just minecraft beds, and we tried to make a competition of lucid dreaming where I became spiderman. We slept in the minecraft bed, opened our eyes like .3 secondes after and we teleported to complete void, pitch black with no ground nothing but we were flying. And we typed in a command prompt what we wanted to dream about with commands (I typed .spiderman so it made me spiderman)

    Summary:
    Believe it is possible, remind yourself that you will lucid dream and do a reality check.
    Visualise yourself doing what you want.
    Practice wake back to bed (2 or 3 min alarm, get comfortable, then stand) repeat 30, 40 times.
    Visualise dreaming and realising something wired then becoming lucid.
    Finally, it is a game of numbers, more practice = more chance of becoming lucid.

Each dream has to be dissected for its meaning and the more a person can understand the nature of their dreams is the threshold. Dreams may often seem even crazy but you might consider they are far less crazy when often what emerges from a dream is symbolically communicate.

    Not to debate but rather simply state I believe some people have the ability to lucid dream, but it is not something everyone can do, if by default, many do not believe it's even possible. Equally so, for many who do experience lucid dreams I have found they have the "root" ability to understand the messaging of their dreams, lucid or not.

      @lauratietjens Pƙed rokem +2

      i think you give the explanation in your comment already: it is a matter of belief. You can block yourself from many things, just by your beliefs. And fortunately beliefs are not something that accidentally 'happen' to you - you can dig up the roots of them and deliberately, with some effort, change them (, i believe, haha).

      I still have nightmares in my late 30s, but they become more of a nuance I can handle lately.
      Practice this technique throughout the day. Look around your environment, and ask yourself “Am I dreaming? Then pinch the back of your hand.
      Do this randomly throughout the day, eventually, you will do this you dream. It will be noticeable you’re dreaming.
      Once you become lucid in the dream, focus as hard as you can making a door/gateway to what you want.
      I had a nightmare last night when I got into an elevator with a woman and the lights went out. She turned demonic looking and jerk her head toward me in an unnatural way.
      I said to myself out loud in the dream, “nope, I’m not in the mood for this shit” lol. “ I will rather be on a beach with a cocktail in my hand.” So I focus my attention on a beautiful beach, sure enough, a doorway opens up and sunlight piercing through from the other side. The demonic lady was still staring at me, but I laugh at her and walked toward the beach.
      I think one of the reasons this work for me is that I’ve been training myself to focus on the positives in my life over the negative.
      So the next time you have a nightmare, focus hard on where you want to go instead. Rather it’s a beach, mansion, or a beautiful forest. Put your attention and energy on a positive dream and the dream will match your vibe.
      If you can smile while you’re doing it, bring a positive elevated emotion to the nightmare and then create a doorway.
      When I exit my nightmare I laughed at the demonic lady, it render her useless.

THEY FAIL, the reality checks always fail in my dreams, and when they work.... I DONT GET LUCID, when I can run my finger thru my palm, and I can breath with my nose plugged, I don't get lucidity, I only know its a dream, that's it, I dont control my actions or the dream, the dream just goes on, I'm so sick and done with this tbh, 2 years trying to lucid dream and never had a single 1

    • @sigurd5489
      @sigurd5489 Pƙed rokem +1

      @@leonidasneves7972 I have heard 90% of lucid dreaming, comes from mindset. Convince yourself that you know how to lucid dream, and keep telling yourself "I am gonna lucid dream tonight" or "Lucid dreaming is possible, and i will do it today".
      Also, a reality check i use that i find work very well, is the "am i dreaming?" reality check. Pretty much any time i enter a new room, i ask myself "am i dreaming?" and then i make sure that this is actually happening, and that it's not a dream.
      That way, whenever u enter a new room in ur dream, you will (hopefully) ask yourself, "am i dreaming?" and you'll have a look around, and then boom! all of a sudden you realize you're dreaming.
      Idk if it works for everyone, but it does for me. :)
