1st step)
First go to your settings > general > date and time and give set automatically , if it didn't appear the place where you are located try manually
2nd step: Try resetting all the network settings!
3rd step (the only way to recover!) : Go to the settings and remove your apple id! , if it's not possible try sign up with the another id (Try create the account in the apple website)
Step4: Call the apple authority provided in the webpage by searching it on the Google/safari. Bcoz, they can able to recover your id and reset it or what else that is your wish!
Note : Try the above mentioned steps thoroughly! , There will surely results!
