And she was right. He was still in there, he couldn’t kill his son and died protecting him proved that. His death broke his heart and if he wasn’t still in there then he wouldn’t have been so devastated by her death

i love this. it really shows how he didn’t go to the dark side to gain power, or the fact that he was mad at the council, it was just that he wanted to save her. he loved her. she loved him. so much. even after everything she still believed he was good. and after everything he still missed her and loved her. this completely shows how they deserved sm better

Anakin loved Padme. So much, he chose to betray his own morals, friendships, and his life. He was lied to; Brainwashed. I believe he got so caught up in Trying to save Padme, he became what killed Padme. Seriously. I believe he killed her. She died of Strangulation. (Him force choking her out of Anger.) She died of Strangulation, Heartbreak of knowing Obi-Wan was right. Anakin did change. He meant well. But, in the end he became so arrogant and greedy he didn't even realize what, what was anymore. It's ashame too. I love Star Wars. I believe, in my opinion, this was an amazing story. Also, great plot. It was set up from the beginning. Palpatine knew exactly what was happening. He manipulated Anakin. He wanted Padme dead. Why? It was thee only way.. I mean, Only way to Buckle Anakin.

In short, both of them created the Emperor and the Empire just as they both create the rebellion and their twin children. Do you not see they are the parents of both the rebellion and the Empire!

All in all, I think you should really watch star wars, but watch the original trilogy first, then the prequels, then the originals again and then the sequels. The original movie is one of the greatest films of all time

simplytanya no she died because the Sith Lord was using the force to kill her. The bots said she was in good health but for some reason she lost the will to live. Bots can't detect the force, also Padme just gave birth to her kids she wanted to live more than ever at that moment. She didn't die of a broken heart or because she lost the will to live. Her life was being sucked out of her, and the Sith Lord was taking her life to save Anakin's. There was no possible way to save anakin after the burns he received without using the force. Also in the beginning of the movie the with lord told anakin about how a lord on the dark side could keep people alive and he had taught everything he knew to his apprentice and that the apprentice killed his master. The Sith Lord was that apprentice and by killing Padme to save anakin not only did he save anakin's life but he pushed anakin deeper into the dark side, because anakin thought not only did he lose his wife but also his child.

every time i see padmé, i can feel my heart breaking even more than it already is. Sounds cheesy and depressing, but i fell in love with the character. Everytime i see her it makes me disappointed and sad that she died.

IM SOBBING. THIS IS A MASTERPIECE. I was obsessed with the prequels when they first came out, particularly this couple. Then I watched them again years later & cringed at a lot of the acting & dialogue. *cringes now just thinking abt it* But that doesn't change the fact that the STORY is good.
