And what differentiates an operator from an investor? Buffets investments are discovered by people from 13F filings. He keeps it confidential to minimise news driven price movement. RJ pays ET to announce his sales/purchases to deliberately manipulate prices. Not to mention it's only the tip of the iceberg.
Maybe that's why he has so many penny stocks in his portfolio because they are easier to manipulate

But do you think if we bought some of those stocks now and sell them just before (or when) he starts dumping them we could make sweet profit...?? Big investor are all big operators today in the financial market. Either always tries to push retailer traders into disadvantages situation through government policies and orders etc or took advantage from retail traders disadvantages position. So big operators are always upper hand against the retail traders.
After the complete roll out of SEBI margin rule, Rakesh Jhunjhunwala seems to be very Happy, relaxed and less outcry. 😆😆😆

@@kamaldhama8194 I would rather say Investing is 95% Knowledge and 5% luck.Purchasing quality business after thorough analysis and purchasing it at a discount, holding it as long as it get overvalued or underperforms, where is the luck factor here .Obviously if luck play against you there are chances a well performing company going bankrupt, but the chances are very slim.
Maybe, he should stop chewing Paan (The Indian Beetle Leaves), Mr Jhnjhunwala.
For young , I would say diversify and invest some amount in crypto as well. 👍
