I got the V1 Red & Black over a year ago and even though I have dozens of wallets they are collecting dust in my jewelry box - I literally every day carry the V1 Black & Red. I ahve gotten compliments every time I have had to use it in public - the craftmanship the longevity - the more I use it the better my wallet gets - I have recently gone back to your website and for sure I'll be muying more product from Little King Goods - long standing products with amazing quality - not to mention some of the best video conent out there. Keep up the amazing work - thank you for what you do.
Your craftsmanship is above and beyond. I love watching these. Thank you!!
Wow, thank you!
@@LittleKingGoods you are my inspiration to make more. Thank you so much!
Thank you for the video and all that you give. Yah know as I watch you create from leather I realize that it looks simple, but, there is a lot of works that go into your creations. These items have that professional look for a reason. Yes you have the machinery, but there is also the talent and creative parts of you that highlight. Thanks.
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks so much for the recent burst of videos, we missed you dude. Nice work.
Glad you like them!
You are an inspiration to me. Your work is amazing elegant and minimalist thank you for all your effort)) Best of luck!
Thank you! You too!
Stitched magnets on the dream factory is genius. Thanks for the inspiration.
You’re welcome 🙏🏼
Wow, you have talent way beyond that of ordinary men. Nice job and the detail is amazing. Thanks for the video. I would give this 7 out of 5 stars.
Haha thanks Monty!
Oh, that magnet on the stitching pony is brilliant
Haha it helps so much.
I love that stitching clamp! The magnets on the side were a clever touch! Always looking forward to your posts :)
Awesome! Thank you!
Thank you for making these videos and for being such a great example of excellence! 🙋🏼♀️
Glad you like them!
The magnet on the pony is genius. Now I need to add one to mine. I too love this wallet, Ryan. Nice work!
mine came with magnets preinstalled
Awesome! Thank you!
Awesome video, keep up the awesome work! You’ve inspired me to get into leather working and soon I’ll be opening an online store for my work. Thank you!!
That’s aweosme!
Awesome idea putting the glue into the Montana marker. Do you have any issues with the tip drying out?
It’s a special glue that is very watery. I’ll be carrying them in my supply store. ✌🏼
This is awsome! Please upload more. Superb video quality.
More to come!
Love the little jig you made for the corner punch ✌
Thanks 🙏🏼
So nice to see new videos like these again :)
Glad you like them!
Glad to see you getting more active I enjoy your videos also like when you talk about what you are making THANKS
Thank you 🙏🏼
you're finally back, these are the contents we like. You are the king!
Haha thanks for watching.
Your videos are one of the fews that make me stop almost everything I'm doing just to sit with a cup of cofee and enjoy them
Wow, 🙏🏼 thanks!
Me gusta tu trabajo, gracias por compartirlo. Yo estoy empezando en este trabajo y cada día me gusta más 🙏😊 Eres mi inspiración para seguir aprendiendo. Gracias
Thanks so much!!
Great vid! Those cutting guides are really nice, especially the corner guide. Any info on those?
I just made that to fit my corner knife with my laser and some acrylic.
it's piece of art :)
Thank you!
Great looking wallet! How thick is the leather btw?
Veeeery satisfying video! Do you happen to know any of the measurements of your corner punch? I have been keen to get one for my little card wallets but wasn’t sure of the right angle.
Great work!
I believe it’s 10mm
@@LittleKingGoods thank you!
As a fellow craftsman you're the one who gives me inspiration to keep doing what i do, great work bud also i have a question brian does the leather parts allign perfectly when you cut them with a laser engraver if yes why don't you use your laser instead since it speeds up the operation
It’s faster to use a clicker die and cleaner with trim allowance 🤙🏼
Amazing craft. At 3:05 what you put some acrylic card before you make corner punch? Thanks
Nice
🙏🏼
Филигранно!
Wow, this is really cool work. I am learning leather craft little by little and this is a really good video for me. Can I get information about the leather used in the video? After watching your video, leather looks more attractive.😄
It’s Buttero from Walpier 🤙🏼
You make it all look so easy! Yet somehow when I try it never comes out the same lol
You can do it!
I need a skiving knife when will you have them in stock ?
Great video, but l am very happy that you are not using all those hideous industrial machines lol (to make your items), sry was put off a bit by the one person who got mad from a videoa few days ago, great job as usual. You only use them to make your product more efficient to get them out the door, with or with out, the love is still put into each item!
Using machines just mean you can mess leather up faster if you don't know what you're doing, still need the skill and experience to use them correctly.
Trueeeee
I get this comment a lot about machines. No one will really understand machines until they are necessary in your work. It’s easy to say machines shouldn’t be used until you have to make 200 orders a month. As a hobby machines don’t make sense for some, for people like me they are absolutely necessary.
nice idea for gluing? Which glue you use? do you mix it with water?
It’s a special glue. I’ll be selling it in my supply co store ✌🏼
Oh, are you gonna be making videos more often?
We will see 😊
I wishI had the. confidence to. carry a small wallet, but soon as I switch I know I'll need that gift card, med id, etc. Great video though. Cheers!
lol. It’s actually super freeing!
wow Fantastico! Ciao!🤩👍💪
Thanks!
Im struggling myself to find the right leather to use for these kinds of projects, ive tried some myself using Veg tanned Kangaroo leather which is about 0.8-1mm but I find them a bit flimsy. what leather are you using for this?
That’s too thin in my opinion. For something like this I would recommend 1.4mm to 1.6mm Vegtan.
@@LittleKingGoods I’ve just been really struggling to find suppliers over here (Australia) not sure what sections of cows hides to use etc. lots to scroll through
What is that acrylic thing called that you use to cut the edge 3:11 ??
can you make wallet with magsafe compatible? its bit more challenge
Beautyfull! whats the glue you're using?
Thanks! It’s a special water based adhesive that I’ll be bringing into my supply store ✌🏼
@@LittleKingGoods ohh ok, sounds cool! I'm kinda tired of the smelly stick leather glue I'm able to find around here... Do you know if there will be a 500g or even 1kg bucket? Wondering if I'd be viable to ship across the ocean or if that would be cost prohibiting.. thanks!
Great video! I wonder if making this wallet is as simple as getting the patterns and buying veg tan leather at your local leather store? No one seems to show that the leather from the store are not conditioned nor finished.
Would be great to see a video on making a wallet with leather directly bought from the store and the steps on how to complete the finishing process.
Not sure what you mean, this leather is bought straight from the tannery.
Then does it mean leather bought straight from the tannery are already conditioned and finished? I bought one of those wallet kits from the local leather store and they said I have to apply conditioner on it after putting it together.😓
With a good quality leather it shouldn’t need conditioning right away. Only when needed if it gets dry.
I’ve heard tokonole has been discontinued. What are you using now for burnishing?
I’m still using tokonole 😊 I stocked up
What leather is that? I love the texture and color!
It’s Buttero!
What thickness of leather did you use here? Amazing project!
@@LuisKentzler thanks! It’s 1.4mm thick
Hello Ryan! May i know the thickness of the leather you use and which leather it is?
Hey hey 👋🏼 it’s 1.4mm thick and it’s Buttero from Walpier
Will there be plans for this style?
There is a V1 already available, but I will probably add this as well at some point in the future
How do you keep the glue from ruining the applicator tip?
It will eventually need to be replaced. You can simply flip the tip around as well for another little while. I find if you keep the cap on right after using it stays wet for a very long time ✌🏼
Thank you I think I would have only added a air tag
Cool!
I noticed this wallet is tailored for US cash Canadian cash is 70mm wide and US cash is 65mm wide it will stick out the side. Only thing I can do is to make one of these wallets so it accommodates for Canadian cash. I was thinking since your Canadian leather maker you would be aimed more toward Canadian cash.
I’ve used it with both currencies plus euros and it works fine 🤙🏼
@@LittleKingGoods Really? it looked very maxed out with the US cash.
What is the tool used to thin the leather before applying the glue?
You mean the roughing tool?
@@LittleKingGoods that’s the one. I appreciate you brother.
Это было супер 🙌
Thanks!
Since when have you been making leather goods?
Hey, since 2016
Is there a slot for coins?
No unfortunately not!
Craftsmanship is great. Price of items are not 😊
Thanks! There’s always Amazon my friend ✌🏼
I lost my old leather wallet. 5 years with it and gone. No one ever returned it.
I believe i have found my next one. :)
Oh no! That’s sucks! Happy to help 🤙🏼
I don't understand what creators think is so great about minimalist wallets. I don't like them and I NEVER see anyone ever using them. I am always scanning people paying at the register and no one ever carries little wallets.
Just because you don’t see them doesn’t mean people don’t use or like them. I’ve carried this style now for 5 years and love it. People will only carry what they see everyone else use. People carry too many cards that they never use anyway. Minimalist card wallet for the win my friend.
@@LittleKingGoodsCouldn't agree more. I hate large wallets. I'm always trying to go as small as possible. I've had the same high quality leather card only wallet for over a decade now. It's time for a replacement so you're going to be getting an order for the UK soon!
Haha right on! 👍🏼
I used to be a bifold guy, but minimalist wallets are the way to go. I’ve made them for myself and many friends, and everyone loves them. Each is to their own, of course.
When will you add the corner jig to the store?
Not sure how well they will fit other peoples corner knives.
