I practiced this shot on the steel target many times before actually setting up the can of shaving cream, so I knew where to hold. For those wondering, I was holding at the top of the "head" on that steel target. I meant to say this in the video but in the excitement I forgot and I didn't want to edit it back in. I wanted to leave it raw. Also here are links to the channels I mentioned in the video if you guys and gals might be interested in checking them out- Boomstick779- czcams.com/users/boomstick779

Buffalo where did you get your name "buffalo" ? Any particular reason hope I'm not being nosey but since I'm originally from buffalo it peaks my curiosity
All respect due Buffalo: Having watched your awsome videos, I firmly believe you're NOT a 'Lucky Shooter' but a very skilled marksman who truly knows & loves our sport. BTW: Nice looking 'foamy Santa's' beard!!. 😂🤣
Great shot Buffalo. You looked like you had a lot of fun doing this challenge. You had a little bit of a Santa Claus look going on brother, lol. Great stuff, shaving cream just makes for an awesome, inexpensive target. 👍🏼
Thanks and that makes sense to know where your pistol will shoot at that distance. Not an easy shot. Nice job!
Nice video...thanks for that hold info...a ton of firearms videos don't give that type of info. That beard will come in handy at Christmas time and faster to "grow" back. Now do that shot with your NAA .22 short...you can do it.
It's nice to see someone who doesn't take himself too seriously in these times. Great shot!
Thank you for that!
I don't know, at first I thought it made me feel I lost some respect for him. But I got over that quick in the first few seconds of the video. Buff comes across as a good fellow, and someone you could sit around and talk guns with.
First shot doesn't surprise me at all. You are always humble about your shooting skills. Have a good weekend.
A premium .22 handgun is probably one the most fun firearms you can own. Considering the cost of ammo, a S&W Model 41 pays for itself in a few trips to the range compared to similar priced 9mms.
And, as always, excellent shooting. Santa.
Santa Claus can shoot. Wasn't luck. It was somebody who knows his firearms & ammo. What's next maybe an Alka Seltzer tablet at 100? Great shooting & beautiful S&W 👍
I’ll admit that I laughed out loud when I saw the shaving cream on your face! Thanks for the laugh.
Me too! Then I was thinking he could play Santa at the department store in December.
I love to laugh...but just had surgery...it was worth it.
@@Rumpleskin hope you didn't spilt a gut!
@@savage22bolt32 5th hernia repair...always splitting a gut!
@@Rumpleskin OK, no more laughing for a few days!
I saw you shoot that model 41 before at 50yds and I was super impressed, Buffalo you are the man, a quiet achiever, your series with the MTR testing ammo sucked me in big time because your shooting was so good, now you do this, unbelievable, greetings from Northern Ireland!
I haven't been able to shave for a month because I couldn't find any Barbasol, now I know where it went.😁 That was a good one Buffalo "THANKS"!
Buffalo Claus
Ho Ho Ho!
I've seen you shoot before, that's not pure luck that's good shooting. A nice beard also 👍👍. Thanks for sharing, hope you have a great weekend.
I worked hard to put the odds in my favor when I was setting up this shot but I still didn't expect first shot. Thanks Lance! Glad you enjoyed it.
LOL You look like you had some real fun bud. Thanks for making me laugh. We all need something to make us smile these days.
Thank you! I was having fun and I am glad that you got a laugh out of it!
Very humble of you to say so, but I know it wasn't "pure luck." I have seen you shoot enough to know you bring the skills. I can never get enough of you shooting the Model 41. My own was lost to hurricane Katrina years ago and hasn't been replaced yet, but your videos are giving the itch bad. It will take me a little longer because tomorrow I pick up my Standard Manufacturing single action. Really love your channel.
Those Standard Mfg six shooters are beauts.
@@savage22bolt32 Thank you! I have handled it enough to get me drooling, but it comes home tomorrow.
@@brianmoore1164 Enjoy it, and I hope you can pass it down to the next generation.
Now tell me, how could anyone not like this dude?
I have seen you shoot so many different weapons and on your worst day your far better than lucky. Today showed yet again just how good a marksman you are!
You’re killin me, Buffalo! Just when I had stopped dreaming about a new 41... lol! :)
Your one of the best practical shots on CZcams and humble about it.
This man knows his limitations. Thanks for the fun video!
Five months later.... That first shot made me laugh so hard! Great shot!!
Laughing my butt off! Thank you Buffalo for some laughter in these times needed it 👍. The shaving cream beard was a hoot!!!!
35-40 years ago we didn’t have those cameras like that. we would have made great competition you and I . we would have been equals . now with health issues, eye sight with with age , hands not as steady no more. iam honored and humbled to watch your shooting performance. not looking back with regrets but looking forward to what you have become and and with great joy what you will be . young man that’s a wonderful shot . iam looking forward to many more wonderful shots you will make. that’s a hard shot and be proud of it and we’ll be proud of you. Nana and papa aka the hunter wishing you well.
Dang buffalo why am I not surprised that's awesome great shot !!
I don't know how on earth you were able to keep a straight face doing this video. Excellent Shooting
LIVE ACTION .... Dang buffalo heck of a shot buddy 😂
Wow! That was some shot! Shaving cream is such a fun reactive Target to.
When I saw Buffalo with the shaving cream on his face, I thought that he would make a great Santa at Christmastime.
Now we are going to start calling you "Papa Smurf Outdoors"
You're the man Buffalo. Love that 41!!!
I’ve watched you shoot enough to know it’s not pure luck. You’re an excellent shot. Thanks for the video.
Great Shot!
Doesn't matter how much you practice beforehand, a first shot hit, cold, is good shooting. Well done! 👏
Thank you
Practice and pre-spotting the aim point or not, you have real talent!
You Sir, Are The Master!
This is what happens when you have a great pistol and a great shooter !!!
Nice shot, good music to.
Lester and Earl yea!!!
Great shot....now that's what I call fun....
Damn fine shot, Sir. Proud of you.
What a shot! And the beard was hilarious
Thanks enjoyed fantastic shot.
Well... a man should know his limits! Obviously yours are well beyond 100yds. Great video Buffalo and the beard killed me. lol
Been watching your vids for a while now and I'm very grateful for those. Thank you sir.
That's about as close a shave as you could ever want. Great shot sir. Love the blind hog comment. :-)
New commercial for Barbasol!
Best handgun shot I've ever seen!
Nice touch Buff with the beard. Great shot first one and done in the can. I had a 41 back in the 80's to shoot silhouette steel targets at 25,50,75 and 100 yards and it was awesome. Won a couple of match rounds with it. thanks for sharing.
Great shot Buffalo, you are the man.
Now that is some good shooting right there. That was neat.
Why did I expect this result? Good job!
Good shot Buffalo! I wouldn't even be able to see the thing at the range.
That was a heck of a shot!👍🏻🇺🇸
Nice Santa beard!!!
Somehow I knew when you said this may be a long video that you were full of fluff. THAT'S THE GOOD STUFF BUFFALO!!!!
I was watching this with a friend and as soon as I started it I said that you'll hit it on the first shot. 😁 Nice!
The shaving cream beard!😂😂😂
Amazing shot. Period.
Hey you got a little something on your face 🤣😂 great shooting as always 👍 love to see this gun in “a mans got to know his limitations “ video 😀
I was curious about hold over until I read the pinned comment. Still great shot! Salute!
Ok, *THAT'S IT*. Tomorrow, I'm joining a club, and going for (Aussie) class H licence!
what a shot
Good shooting. I would save that trophy 🏆.
"Got bugs in my shaving cream" 😂😂😂😂
Great shooting buddy! Some people font realise the potential of .22.
God bless all here.
I could feel em moving 😂🤣🐜🐜
@@buffalosoutdoors Lol...😂
Great shot! I had no doubt.
Great shooting. Thanks for sharing.
I`ve been looking at a model 41 and I had to see this!
Fantastic! Coming from you, I'd have expected nothing less. How I would love to have the eyesight i had 50 years ago. Keep the great content coming!
Great video Buffalo!!!!
Had to like video when I saw his face came into view!lol 😂
HA! Thank you!
I'm very impressed, you have great eyesight and a great gun. I enjoyed the video a bunch. thanks
You’re an amazing shot
Nuthin blind about buffalo's. ... awesome...
That shot offhand is not easy. To hot it first shot is amazing. I probably would have went and bought a lottery ticket a little later that day. Lol.
Amazing! Thanks for sharing. Take care.
Congratulations!!!🎉💥
Love your content...thanks for what you do
What a great and wholesome video
Great shot! God Bless and stay safe.
Very Good!
Great Shot!
Buffalo you're the best! I can't stop laughing! 🤣🤣🤣
You're far from being a blind hog, Buffalo. I would not want you chasing me with a handgun, I'll tell you that. Great shot.
Sir, you have some seriously good shooting skills!! Well done!!
great shot buffalo
How fun. Good shooting!
I just loved it. The Santa look had me grinning at the start. But that model 41 in your hands is a thing of beauty. This was a great way to start the holiday weekend. Thanks
Great shot
It’s all ready been said nice shoot 👍 🙂
Uno, and I love the 41. I have a Bushnell Fast Fire III on it and hit clay pigeons at 150y. They are tuned from factory for the CCI Std V. Offhand is classy
Amazing
Great combo with the Fast Fire!
Great shot with the pistol mate. Kudos!
Great shot love your videos👍
Good to see 22 plinkster filling in for ya! 😂
Amazing shot - as allways 👍
Simply amazing. I would not even be able to see the can at 100 yards. I knew you were a great shot but I was thinking it was an impossible challenge.
I LOVE MY 41
Those are great targets, made in the USA too!
Hiw did I not see this before? So good!
That was awesome. Was just telling a friend about this gun and your other video on it. Nice beard.
You the man!!
Sweet shot
That’s great shooting.
Very nice shot. Great pistol helps.
I’m going to guess one shot. 👍
Great Guess, and Great Shot! You look like Big Daddy Hoffman with the shaving cream beard. 😁😁😁
Nice shot good thing you went full beard or you’d look mad. My favorite plinking targets I make a stop at the Dollar Store to load up on them before hitting the woods. A honorable mention to cans and bottles of soda and mini spray paint cans.
