Have absolutely NO idea what you did from 10:03 to end of video. Were you SERIOUSLY trying to make a CZcams video to actually help anyone repair their Samsung TV???
Yeah, it is fairly awful, and the longest 12 minutes I've ever had to endure 😂. Anyway, when he says block the connections from 16, he means put sellotape on the pins so they don't connect. You may have to adjust how many and what number pins you tape but I got it to work anyway.
