Hi, yes, it can just auto generate the certificate using the spreadsheet alone with the Google slide (certificate design). Just remember the header "map column" must be match. For this method only support gmail. Because is using google sheet and google slide. However, there is another way by using Microsoft word->Merge Mail-> email to user. Hi Rosette, i think maybe is the "maps to column" section did not match to the name of participant name, you can watch the video start at 3:11, the mapping to column is refer to which column from google sheet set to place into the in the certificate. I hope it helps. :)

After we've reached the 100 limit email sent to all participants in google form, are we able to sent email to the rest participant in the same google form?
Yes, we able to sent email to the rest participant in the same Google spreadsheet next day, but require manually start at number 101 of participants or remove the previous 100 participant. Limitation of this is 100 limit Email per day. Hope it helps :)

Hi, you may try troubleshoot using this method. You could try just auto generate and email back to yourself. If works, then you may check the list of the emails in the spreadsheet. maybe some of the emails invalid because of extra spacing in the spreadsheet?

Yup, there has a limit for autocrat generate certificate per day for free gmail account. However, it will again refresh the quota the next day. For standard account, limit Email Sent 100/day and Document Creation 250 / day.

If for big event, it should be commercial, then it will no have that issue for google app for business. 1500 certificate per day.
