Thank you for your intuitive introduction to kafka.
Thanks for visiting
Amazing content, thanks mate.
Thank you!
Great video, one of the important concepts in system design explained in a short video
thank you!
Very good overview of Apache Kafka, Anton!
Thanks @nero4581!
great content as always
Thanks @Alex-mk7lp!
great intro, thanks for sharing!
Thanks @goosebumpsfm!
Thanks ❤
Keep up the great content. I would love to see an example of setting up Kafka using zookeeper inside of K8s!
Just my personal experience, but I’m never going to k8s for state full applications. It’s a nightmare.
@@the10xdev I can share the sentiment. Maybe a video with just the producer/consumers on K8s then and some other brokers like MSK/Confluent would be good
Thanks, I agree with @the10xdev, deploying any stateful applications in K8s is hard. However, producers and consumers are usually stateless and can be easily deployed in K8s.
@@the10xdev @AntonPutra there's an operator for k8s, Strimzi, that should make things easier. Awesome video btw!
@@AntonPutra❤
Well explained 👏 👌
Thank you!
*Thanks for the telling the Kafka story in a most simplest way - and 1st time I understood what Kafka is all about* 😊😊
Thanks, I'm trying my best, lol.
good clip, the best ever 🤣🤣🙌🙌
thanks
nice illustration, how did u do that? Adobe AE? or some other tools?
Thanks! Yes, adobe suite
Are you using NVIDIA broadcast eyes setting? Looking focused!
haha no but i need to try =)

Please dive deeper into the messaging aspect of Kafka and compare it to the alternatives.
Thanks, noted!
@@AntonPutrayeah that would be great to see more videos on Kafka and eventing!!
@@Eddie4k noted, will do!
Thanks for sharing!
For clarification I should mention, REST and JDBC aren't protocols. REST is architectural style over HTTP protocol; JDBC is Java API.
Thank you, Codi, it depends on how you define a protocol.
First 😎
Greetings from Indonesia
I thought you were Indonesian since your name is familiar here
I was told this many times while I was in Bali:)
I know, this is a syntheic video. But you never mentioned what happens when errors and failure occurs. Full stop.
Thanks for feedback. You mean ISR, replication etc? I’ll get there.
