6:47 is indeed a fever reducer. It’s essentially putting a damp cool rag on your head, but it stays cool longer.
6:50 is called Kairo. It’s a disposable biodegradable heat pack. It’s full of some sort of metal shavings and when the pack is exposed to air after you open the plastic package it comes in, it starts to heat up. It looks like the one that came in he rement is the kind with a sticky side so you can stick it to the outside of an undershirt.

What is a shower steamer?! Now I’m curious and feel like I’ve missed out something cool my entire life
@@Catherine.Dorian. I think they're relatively new (at least in the US/on the mass market)! It's essentially a little cake like a bath bomb that goes on the floor of your shower. A lot of them are made by companies like Vicks that can create a mentholated steam if you don't have a humidifier, or other aromatherapy for if you're sick or unwell. Brands like Lush have fun smelling ones, I personally prefer their bubble bars or a shower steamer over bath bombs because I can get more use out of them.

My first Rement set was a drug store theme. I first found them at Mitsuwa in 2005 and have been collecting ever since. I recently found out some of my collection is considered rare and goes for big money on ebay, but I can't take things away from my dolls like that haha
These are adorable! I think I'm going to have to get them. The pouch that you wondered might be rice says plum porridge. The last box you open, the first item is a mouth rinse. The pump bottle was hand sanitizer. Pretty neat!

I think the bag of stuff from the first box you opened was stuff you put in your cooking oil to solidify it so you can throw it away and not put it down the drain
Way back (when I was a child who didn’t understand that neck pegs could break…😅), I found that if I wrapped a piece of yarn or a small rubber band around the neck peg, I could stop my dolls from having a bobble head. Might work for you? 🤷🏻♀️
