    Hi there great video just one small thing I think there is a mistake with the definition of the threshold frequency. I think you accidentally put the emission of a photon rather than electron

      excellent question. Yes, a photon is a particle of light. A good way to visualise it, if it strikes a metal, it will release an electron. That electron will have momentum, that has come from somewhere. Hope this helps!

    Hello Sir, posting from an anon account because well I am embarassed and scared at the same time, I have my physics paper 4 exam on the 13th of May, I can still not solve yearlies independently - I do understand it through a youtube video / those pp solution videos but the i feel that the concepts aren't stored in my memory, I keep forgetting, I did topical pp of the chapters that I struggled with already, but even for those chapters, I can't keep the concepts in mind
    I don't have a decent grade in AS physics and don't know what to expect for A2, nor do I have v supportive college teachers who really understand (at least for physics) -
    + The amount of resources is insane, no one notes describe the complete concepts, every time i open a different set of notes there's something new to learn

    • @eaglehawks4337
      @eaglehawks4337 Před měsícem

      I know this ain't the place to rant, but since you have always been so repsonsive with the comments, I would appreciate if you could please give some suggestions :(

    • @zhelyo_physics
      @zhelyo_physics  Před měsícem +1

      You can do it! Never give up, but also don't put excessive pressure on yourself.
      If you understand things through videos/looking at solutions etc - great - that's a step up in the right direction.
      For keeping the concepts in mind I recommend spaced repetition. Other students that I have spoken to recommend Anki flash cards that you make yourself to help you remember (I have not tried it myself but others recommend it highly, if you do your own flash cards -include as much detail as possible)
      Keep doing past past papers and remember to not put too much pressure on yourself. Good luck and drop a comment if something in particular doesn't make sense!
