Using the square as a hole punch guide was a game changer. Thank you so much
Omg, just completed creating my first insert. Thank you so much for teaching me how to use Canva. I could never understand how it worked and I gave up a few times as it was too overwhelming for me. But you are great at explaining things. Thank you.
The square for hike punch was clever
I love how you teach! Very simple and clear. Thank you 🙌🏻
I cannot tell you how much value I get from your tutorials. They are very much to the point, some pointing out of additional options, but not too much. Just the right amount to see what's possible, but not enough to get overwhelmed. You share your knowledge about free resources, which really helps those with small budgets.
I feel I do not have enough knowledge yet, regarding inserts. I hardly used any so far. But I can see the value of a bit more structured planning.
I am with you in your preference to use free resources or reusables like printables. I like buying stickers and sticker kits that I can print over and over again. Thanks to another of your tutorials I was able to resize sticker kits to fit my planner.
Great video, thank you so much!!
Oh yay, this is awesome. Thank you @Planning Annie.
Very educational! Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge.
WOW! Thanks so much for this tutorial.
Thank you so much. You made my dream of customizing my planners and journals come true! I ordered the same printer you suggested and I cant wait for it to come in so i can start printing all my inserts!!!
Thank you so much for this tutorial! It was really helpful
Wow this video is so helpful. Thank you so much for providing this tutorial! 😊
Thank you for making what has been a confusing program into one I feel confident I can now navigate
You are a skilled and generous teacher. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us!
Great walk-through. I love the gray masking bar to cover the hole-punch space. Also, when you were talking about importing/uploading stock photos I was thinking about using photos of family and friends to add to the layout for their birthdays - like a small sticker on that day. Thanks for this - so many good ideas.
Thank you so much for this tutorial, now I feel better about using Canva.
Super excited to find your channel. ❣️
Love this video, best info, learning Canva this year ❤😊
Thank you so much for this video. I've been using Canva for a while but always struggled with planner inserts with boxes. I never thought to use the grid option before.
Absolutely the Canva tutorial I've been looking for ! Seriously Great. Thanks so much. Clicking on all the links to say thank you! (I need that acetate!)
You are a great teacher. Thanks for this.
Thank you Lynn!
I watched so many tutorials, finally yours helps my creativity ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you, this was very helpful. I've worked with Canva for years, have a pro account, but I'm new to making planners because for the first time I want something that I can't find anywhere so I'm using two planners and creating my own for next year and beyond. 🧡💜
Thank you
Thanks for sharing g
I am beyond happy to have found this video and your channel. I have been looking for agenda tutorials for about 2 weeks now and I'm excited I found you. Love the way you explain everything and this specific video has helped me a lot. Thanks!
You are so welcome!
Thank you for this tutorial! I make my own planners but I only do it with 8.5x11 paper. I’ve been wanting to do an A5 size but I don’t know how to print it. Can you do a tutorial on how to print A5 size planners using a home inkjet printer. I’ve been attempting to do this for over 2 years
I’m a relatively newbie to Canva and this was so very helpful. Thank you 😊
I am finding Canva very confusing.
Any specific questions? Maybe we can help 😀
Love this tutorial! Thanks so much. I made some of my own pages but printing on both sides is a challenge! Any tips for printing on both sides or do you have a video for that? Thanks again😃
Yay!! thank you. I like the vertical week on one page you showed. I geuss one box enlarged and put horizontal lines across even spacing? How did you space the lines evenly? 🤔😊
I actually used a table for that one, table with one column and the number of rows you want.
Great jib
Thank you!!
Is there any way to add lines to a box ?. My handwriting could never 😂
How do you print them?
You ended by saying that was a very simple tutorial. Any plans for a follow-up because that'd be super!
How do you print so that it’s double sided correctly? Or do you print on sheets that are the size of your planner?
I use paper the size of my planner.
@@PlanningAnnie thank you!
i did this and when i go to print on my paper that is 8.5x11, to cut it down, it prints that large - why?
Not sure, maybe try scaling.
You need to uncheck “fit to page” so that it would print to the size you have indicated. Also, print it with crop line marks. It makes it easier for you to cut.
I'm having the same issue. Why customize the size in canva if it doesn't stay that size when downloading. In other words, we customize the size we want, but it's prints 8.5 x 11. It seems like we have to select the paper size no matter what. Are we missing something?
In your printer settings change the scale to 100% or depending the printer it may have a check box that says actual size this should change the document to back to the size that you customized it to. I’ve noticed that if you are you are using letter size paper printer tends to automatically scale the design up to make the design fit the paper so you just have to go into the printer settings and adjust the scale in order to get the size the customize size I want. I hope that helps.
Thank you so much. Will try it out!
