- Did you know Bhagirath Palace, one of Asia’s largest wholesale markets was once an ancient Haveli? You will learn many such fun facts in this video. We took a heritage walk in the lanes of Chandni Chowk and discovered some hidden Havelis. This was led by a heritage professional from Enroute Indian History. In this video, you will learn a little bit of history about Chandni Chowk along with fun facts about the four Havelis we visited. Taking a group walk will cost you ₹500 per person and an individual walk around any part of the city will cost you ₹1500.

Old Delhi ki history Mughals ke aane se pehle ki bhi hai.. your team should research more on that also.
Old delhi was formerly called shahjahanabad and this entire city was built by shah jahan during 1630s after britshers occupied this region and in 1922 when they shifted the capital from Calcutta to delhi they made a new city called new delhi and shahjahanabad was called old delhi
