Sudafed is the standard treatment. If that wasn't successful some doctors will try imipramine or midodrine. If these aren't successful and you are trying to conceive then doing post-ejaculatory bladder washings to harvest sperm and then intrauterine insemination would be reasonable.
my partner has had a sperm test and it say occaional grade c sperm seen total sperm count 2 million any help on this please on what best to help or meds why to help thanx
