Hey Lynn! When I hit a slump with books or games that's exactly what I do, I try to switch to another genre that I also enjoy. I'm glad you liked your book, I might check it out, your recommendation is as glowing as it gets. Also, I like how the video followed the structure of a book, it even had an epilogue!
On a related note, last month I started playing Legends Arceus after years of not getting past the tutorial and I'm finally hooked! I saw on IG that you were thinking about playing it and I can’t recommend it enough.

I remember being on a dystopian reading binge years ago, until I got so sick of it I couldn’t read another page - I then read a romance book and it was such a relief lol 🙈 If you ever decide to read Sweet Bean Paste, then I hope you’ll enjoy it! 😍 And yay, thanks, I’m happy you noticed that, hehe~ 🤭
That sounds good! It wasn’t that I did not enjoy Arceus, but somehow I just didn’t feel compelled to keep playing, I guess mainly because the game doesn’t follow the structure of the usual Pokémon games and the amount of freedom just made me feel a bit lost 😅 I’m super excited to give it another try soon though!! It seems like a perfect summer game 💛🌻
