Whole Wheat pizza dough recipe Step by Step | Multigrain Pizza dough

This multigrain or whole wheat pizza dough recipe is healthy and kids favorite. This is my family's favorite weekend dinner.

We try mozzarella cheese and vegetable pizza

PROCEDURE
1. Mix all the ingredients as shown in the video.
2. After making dough ball, keep it covered in warm place to rise.
3. After 4 keeping it for four hours , the crust is ready to bake.
4. This recipe makes
16 “ pizza - 1 no. thin crust
12” pizzas - 2 no.thin crust
8-10” pizzas - 3 no. thin crust
5. Sprinkle the pizza plate with cornmeal or semolina/durum flour.
6. Roll out the crust with the help of rolling pin or your hands.
7. Bake the crust at 450 degrees F for 5 minutes.
8. Take out the crust and spread sauce, cheese and toppings.
9. Bake this crust in oven at 450 degrees F for 12-15 minutes ( Mine took 15 minutes).
10. After taking out pizza from the oven, let it cool for 3-4 minutes before slicing and enjoy.
In this video, I have shown how to make homemade pizza from multigrain or whole wheat flour. When you are stuck inside and there is no delivery of pizza, you can make this pizza from scratch in no time for your kids and loved ones to enjoy.

I got LG convention model in that also it will be 450f or 180 I can do , what's the difference

Ok Bharathy, so if you’re oven shows temperature reading in Degree Celsius then you will preheat your oven to 230 degree. This is for conventional oven . For fan forced oven you will preheat oven to 210 degree. My oven shows temperature in degree Fahrenheit that’s why I preheated it at 450
