Fuit custard trifle dessert recipe | easy summer dessert recipe - Eman foods
Fruit custard trifle is a delicious and refreshing dessert that consists of layers of creamy custard, fresh fruits, and cake or biscuit crumbs. It's a perfect dessert for special occasions or simply as a sweet treat.
Here's a basic recipe to make fruit custard trifle:
Ingredient:
• Milk 1 Ltr
• Sugar 1/2 Cup
• Vanilla Flavor Custard Powder 4-5 Tablespoon
• Milk 1/2 Cup
• Whipped cream 1 Cup
• Peach Cubes 5 tablespoon
• Plums 5 tablespoon
• Grapes 5-6 tablespoon
• Mango cubes 5-6 tablespoon
• Banana slices 3-4 bananas
• Sooper Cake 3 Chopped
• Colour jelly, I use Strawberry flavor (you can any flavor like banana or mango flavor)
• Chopped Almonds 2 tablespoon
• Chopped pistachio 2 tablespoon
• Whipping Cream, sliced almonds and pistachio.
Method:
• In a wok add milk sugar,mix well and bring it to a bowl then add dissolved Custard while mixing and cook until Custard is thick (2-3) Minutes, transfer the custard in a large bowl and Let it cool completely while mixing in between .
• When Custard becomes completely cool down add whipped cream and whisk until no remaining lumps .
• In a bowl,add Peach Cubes, plums Cubes, grapes, Mango Cubes, banana, mix well and set aside.
Assembling:
• In a serving dish, or in a bowl add prepared custard,sponge Sooper cake,mixed fruits, jelly and repeat the spread again prepared custard,sponge Sooper cake,mixed fruits,pistachios,almonds,prepared custard & garnish with whipped cream, almonds & pistachios slices.
• Refrigerate until chilled then serve chilled.
Note : You can use any Seasonal fruits
