Такое только на югах. Вход в дом без прихожей\тамбура - зимой не работает. Осенью\весной - вся грязь в доме. Балконные группы - завалено снегом\залито дождём. А так, да, симпатично.

WHAT HAPPEN TO RAIN AND SNOW ON THE UPSTAIRS DECKS? I CAN IMAGINE A DRAINAGE SYSTEM FOR RAIN, BUT SNOW, LOOKS LIKE LOTS OF SHOVEL WORK, OR IS THIS A HOME FOR THE DEEP SOUTH, WHERE IT DOESN'T SNOW?

Nice modern style
Very creative and unique. I love the balconies and the dedicated office/computer areas. However, I feel that the couch should face the TV so you don't have to turn your head all the time. The like the storage in the bedrooms, the built in book shelves, and the half bath/guest. I like so many bedrooms also. I usually want a front hall closet but the house is designed for a very warm, pleasant climate so maybe that isn't as much of a concern. One thing I always like is a generous pantry and lots of cabinets. If it were me I would find a way to make a whole wall of cabinets next to the dining area, maybe with a side board built into it. Three exterior doors also seem like overkill. I would rather have two exterior doors on the first floor and use that space for something else.
This is a clever design. The house should be oriented to make the entry near the kitchen as the main one. There's a bench and place for coats, the laundry room, a small office and a half-bath with urinal (convenient when the guys assemble to watch a football game). It appears that the two downstairs bedrooms have small ensuites. (If not, they could share one larger bath.) Upstairs, the bedrooms have their own private decks. There is a vaguely defined area near the foot of the stairs that could be for the TV, sparing viewers the neck-craning experience of watching the screen over the fireplace. Although there is some inefficient use of square footage, the house is spacious and well laid out.

Why not add a large covered front porch instead of using the large upper balconies?!!😮
Everything has been meticulously calculated. The balcony outside the two bedrooms with access doors, standing at just 1.5 meters in height, has been optimized to the fullest extent for ease of movement.
A person could add any extra features for outside living on ground level if they have land. This is showing that this home could offer outdoor living even in the city or more congested areas where not much land is provided.

Is it just me, or did anyone else pick up on that: the fireplace on the first floor doesn't have the chiney going through the second floor but does on the roof? Did they vent it through the bathroom wall? Lol

I love the fact that it's Unique I love the outdoor sitting areas I like the layout I guess I have to email you for the price from what I saw I'll have to get in touch with you. I know you said that it's meticulously figured out for the calculations to build this but do they make it a little smaller like I don't need all that space do they have something that's like maybe 3/4 of that size is a little smaller
The four large lugs ,one on each corner of the roof line ; rain catch barrels I hope ! They I hope have a use other than being hideous.

1. Where does the garage go (or even a covered carport)? In addition to parking out of the weather, this place needs space for tools, lawn equipment, etc. 2. Why would you grill upstairs when you have to haul everything up and back down again, along with all the trash? Put a covered deck outside the kitchen instead. 3. I didn't see a utility room so where do you put the hot water heater, AC/heat equipment? If you're doing solar, you'll need a place for that equipment as well. 4. Plenty of storage in the kitchen but not much anywhere else, just a closet in each bedroom. Where do you store holiday decorations? I would rather reclaim the two smaller decks and use them for attic storage. 5. Closed-in decks will accumulate leaves or pine needles in the fall and snow in the winter. I can't believe you really intend to close in the decks as they are shown here. I'd much rather have a sturdy hand rail, where leaves & trash would blow off thru the rail guard and snow would eventually melt and run off.
There are a lot of pros about this plan, but too many cons to be of serious interest. No thanks. This plan needs a lot more thought.
By the way, has anyone ever actually built one of your designs? Just curious, since I would prefer an actual walk-through of a real home.
