All tricks of trade have been used as per politics , thats ok . By the way the definition : Karma Yoga is described as the mental discipline or attitude that governs the actions of an individual and not being attached to the results of ur duty, as a politician in the current age , you have to do as per this age.
This selfless attitude etc is so much of philosophical foam , brewed in the casket of the pacifists oak, baked in the oven of lifted, but not experienced words . Initially arjun was selfless , but it was Lord Krishna who reminded Arjun of his duty , his past indignation , told him to fight as it was his duty, in a way he has told not to have lofty thoughts of philosophy .

One of the biggest reasons is presence of enemies in your life. You cannot rest when you are conscious and aware of the threat. They have the character to sign up for this and then this keeps them going.
He had pulled biggest scams in India but still is respected. After watching this video im going to study how tf he got away with it & spin the incidents in his favor. There were strong evidences in some cases but still he spin it off in his favor. He is master of his reality. Funny thing is he is atheist. I'm not hater but so much to learn from this man.
We always judge politicians on the basis of our biases.
So we look at their extreme traits. And ignore their positive aspects, attitude, experiences and their learnings.

However, I feel we can learn a lot of things from them - agility/flexibility (to switch parties), hard working, ability to handle failure, fail-learn-change and try again, never give up, determined, perseverance, risk assessment (chances to win), constant learning and growing, surmount any amount of obstacles to win, goal oriented (win election), wait for the right opportunity till then hang on etc.

this optimism is only because of one thing Dr. Sandeep and that is his work. The level of uncertainty and amount of experience he gained from it made him optimistic because he knows that the one who leaves his ground in his his line of work will be equal to a stray dog to the people at the end it's all politics and his ability to understand the nature of people around him there are many other examples Ratan Tata, Dharmendra, Amitabh Bacchan, Pawan Kalyan, etc. They all have one thing in common that they love the game they play and are excited when something unexpected happens.
In kerala we used to talk a lot about ncp and sharath pawar...in our tv debates, radio,podcasts... We mention about him whenever talk about pan or central politics..
