When I grow up I want to be Paul Temple 😇
He’s very suave!
With a butler called Charlie..a bimbo wife called "Steve"..oh Timothy 😂😅😂 public school will do that to you... anyway very entertaining.
No, you’re just the right age!
I’d like to be Steve but a Steve with the ability to,hit back at PT with his bullying tactics!
Mr. Temple a bit sexist for me. I wanted to tell Steve to throw her shows away.
Thanks for posting. These are fun!
Thank you for great series 😊
Darling I’ve lost my shoe😱😱
Thank you so much for posting bravo 👏
Thanks for listening
Another brilliiant performance from gerda, crawford and gareth, wish theyd come back and do some more,😊
I’m surprised that I like this cast even better than Peter Cook and Company!
She trusts him explicitly!!! haha She should have said ‘implicitly’ ’….
What do they mean when the caller on the ‘phone asks “Is that Paul Temple speaking personally?” How else can someone speak! Haha
Good grief how many times does steve have to say ' darling I've lost my shoe ' !
Hahahahaha
This is a take off on the Thin Man movies? Seems like it. ❤. M. IL.
Until he actually hears her 🤣 and he never does, but the other guy did 😁
How many times does she say ‘darling’ over the course of all the episodes!
Gosh - Temple (alter ego of the writer l imagine) is very bossy both to his long suffering wife Steve and everyone else! I listen for the outdated social norms.
All these references to American slang…no need really as this series didn’t sell to the US did it?
Was Francis Durbridge American?
Not for nothing, but Google takes one second to search something. No he was not American, but Paul Temple was born in Canada@@MariaPalmer-xo8eb

But they were obviously hoping it would!
Oh Yes, it does sell Very well here in the States
