    Hi sir
    For OXYGEN & ACETYLENE Gas. if the pipe thickness is 700mm. What nozzle size should I use?

    • @ADTWstudy
      @ADTWstudy  Před rokem

      I'm sorry, but I cannot provide a specific answer to your question without additional information. The size of the nozzle you need will depend on several factors, such as the pressure and flow rate of the gases, the purpose of the nozzle (i.e., welding, cutting, heating), and the type of torch or equipment you are using.
      It's also worth noting that the thickness of the pipe may not be directly related to the size of the nozzle you need. Instead, you'll want to consider factors such as the size and shape of the material you are working with, the type of joint you need to create, and the amount of heat you need to generate.
      I recommend consulting with a qualified professional or referring to the manufacturer's guidelines for your torch and equipment to determine the appropriate nozzle size for your application. They will be able to provide you with the most accurate and safe recommendation based on your specific needs.

    all the following statements are correct, except A) acetylene gas is stored in cylinders in liquid form B) oxygen cylinders is usually painted with black colour C) most of the oxy-acetylene welding is done with neutral flame obtained by supplying equal volumes of oxygen and acetylene. d) carburising flame is obtained when excess of acetylene is supplied
