    👏👏👏👏👌👍very usefull programme. Well explained by that Madame. I hope more usefull programmes may be conducted so that the poor and marginal farmers shall be benifited. Thank you

    A truly amazing video: More informative, more practical, and easier to follow than the rest. Knowledge is power. I am planting... Thanks.

    Great video. These methods of macropropagation are really the best and should be the only way to propagate! Tissue culture (micropropagation) should not be used, because of many reasons - Somaclonal variation (in vitro mutation) occurs during the process and other mutations can also be caused by overuse of auxins (plant hormones), use of synthetic auxins, "contamination" from foreign DNA (making the plant a GMO).....and so much more...So even the basic tissue culture process is modifying the plant and the clones will be different than the original. Kluai siam ruby banana and many, many other varieties came from from distinctive mutatations from the tissue culture process etc.
    In vitro mutations are far more risky and different than natural ex vitro mutations, such as parthenocarpy.
    Sadly, tissue culture plants are replacing all the truly natural plants..... In fact, people are deliberately using tissue culture, radiation, mutagens etc, as a way to deliberately cause mutations and create so-called new "improved" varieties... Biotechnology is modifying, replacing and controlling all life.....
    Everyday farmers need to use natural methods and preserve Non-Genetically engineered plants. That's why I like this video!
    Also try to make sure that you are not macropropagating the tissue culture plants...So avoid government programs, university/lab plants etc and try to find older plant stock. "Heirlooms" etc.

    Please do I have to put in hot water before sawdust planting?

    • @crisisflashback2587
      @crisisflashback2587 Před 6 lety

      i think you must put the water first en make something above voor the sawdust.
      you heat op the water and ad the sawdust and wait for the number of hours to be complete.
