This is so much better than pure verbal explanations. I'm doing a presentation on the application of WGS in the genotyping of bacteria, and MLST is mentioned. I have to use a single scientific paper, which has just verbal explanations, and they just make me confused. I only understand this sort of stuff with visual explanations and examples.
