    Dale fuerte con el estilo mexicano jaja. Nice stuff man. So when I box i have a hard time holding ground from forward pressure. What should i do to stop me from getting backed up?

      Definitely learn to move your head in conjunction with moving forward. If you are more comfortable evading punches while circling or backing up you may have a hard time adapting to the opposite style of head movement. Use inward slips and ducks, bobs and weaves while stepping in and to the side and what not. focus on keeping your guard up and blocking punches you arent able to dodge or parry. Also make sure you throw punches in bunches to kjeep your opponent at bay so you can continue to stalk them.

      The biggest part to overcome is the fear of getting hit! Dont be gun shy! The more you are comfortable with being attacked the more you analyze the attack to defend and counter. Like i said remember to work the simple techniques such as stepping forward and bobbing and weaving all at the same time.
