Would Subto deal qualify for tax benefit like accelerated depreciation for investment property? Cause the deed is not yur name right? You can writeoff the expense same as "buying a property"??
Subto deal has deed in your/ business name (LLC brings legitamacy and will give more protection if you keep all money separate in business accountsand dont comingle tge money), so depreciation is possible.
You absolutely get all the tax benefits. Deed gets transferred over to your LLC, the debt/loan stays in the sellers name. Thanks for watching!
