This is a beautiful Fort Lauderdale mansion by the sea. I like the peninsula, I like the fountain. I like the coral wall in the living room. I like the marble island kitchen and walnut cabinet. I like the master bedroom, master bathroom, and the balcony. I like the sophisticated French doors.

if something as this is available when i decide to move, i be thinking florida.
1) i am concerned with the taxes, 2) crime and the tourism and the crime that they bring with them 3) now that condo buildings have to be inspected by an architect and an engineer every year, condo building owners, condo owners have to pay for that. what happens when they can no-longer afford the inspections? the state is going to have to step in and charge home owners to help with the bill. maybe 10-years from now but the state will be in trouble somewhere down the road. did anyone think or do a study of the effect of that law? @@PeterJAncona

Another great tour, Peter! Can you speak to the appeal of Ft. Lauderdale? It seems like the location must be doing the heavy lifting of the price tag. The property is certainly nice, but $32MM?
