This has been a consisted problem with Razor mice. It's happened to me multiple times, seemingly resolved itself, and happened again. It makes me want to go with a different manufacturer.
I found the easiest fix. The cable connected to the dock, actually will disconnect completely. Then you can connect that cord to the mouse itself! Never knew this 😅 so now I have a wired mouse. I could care less honestly. Just wanted to be able to game.
So the issue with this design is the contacts get caked with dust overtime, not only on the charger but the contacts on the mouse too. I’d recommend blowing air/wiping both contacts before every charge.
mine does that but now it wont turn on at all the mouse stays off and wont flash or nun and i just wasted 60 dollars on sum bs and razor thinks its a dirty port

I have the same problem I cannot use the mouse wireless it is showing 0%(battery not charging since I bought it), I thought I should buy a dock charger instead of the cable I am using. Any solution?
I’ve had mine for 4 years. Never had an issue till yesterday. Mine been stuck at 9% for 2 days now. This is crazy

Try cleaning the ports because it might be dust
im having this same issue and i cant find a fix its been going down for a week now and is down to 3% and wont charge at all

I managed to fix mine by simply switching the charger cable before I was getting the same exact issues

Buy a fiberglass eraser / Fiberglass Scratch Brush. 5-10$
Reset the mouse or the dock from razer synapse
