I setup my llc in wyoming so i can have anemity. I want to make it a holding company. I will setup a business checking with my ein# next. My question is how do i get a bank to approve a loan for me in my llc name?

what is the net return of the gentleman's investment in Cleveland?
It is cash flowing very well....around $1900 in rental income with about half of that being net profit

Did you fire up an LLC in Ohio? I live down south, would it be best if I did an LLC in Ohio? I heard Nevada, Delaware were good to setup LLC.

What do you think of the Detroit Shoreway and Edgewater area 3 years down the road?
It's a good area if you can find one for the right price...we think the area west of W 65th could have long term potential and you can still find some decent prices. With the proximity to the beach it should have a ton of opportunity. I know some people are concerned about some of the areas as far as safety though so we just have to monitor that. But definitely one to keep an eye on.

Let us know what part of Cleveland you think is the best for real estate investing?
I'd be interested in cash flow, I'm from down south, but interested in investing up there.
But what about Hough, Glenville, Buckeye, Fairfax, Central. So much of the city is abandoned, crime ridden.
There are some neighborhoods that are worse than others, but still plenty of areas where it makes sense.
