Seems like a scripted video a cheap popularity stunt by Faisalmover. My suggestion to motorway police is they should monitor the speed of every public transport vehicle through GPS every time if there driver croses the speed limit he would automatically be fined and heavy fine should be collected at toll plaza and if the driver repeats the offense his license should be canceled.
