Sleds are great and indeed underrated!Last year I could not squat for about 6 months because of a groin injury. I used heavy backward sled dragging as main exercise instead of squats. Surprisingly my quads got even stronger, bigger and my deadliftt went up while my groin was recovering!

I found an elitefts article that, among other stuff, suggested loading the prowler with 100 kg in 10 kg increments, then push it 20 m low handles, 20 m high handles, remove 10 kg and push the same distance there (low handles) and back (high handles), then push 80 kg etc until you pushed the empty Prowler... And you try to do this whole thing (100-0 there and back) as fast as possible. I did it starting with 80 kg and it took my 15 minutes and it was one of the hardest things I've ever done. Pushing the empty Prowler at the end and you think your legs are going to explode.

Ι had to push my 200 kg injured-by-a-fall motorcycle for 3.2 miles today, not all of it flat. This should count, right?

Tire centers have free flat tires. 🛞 I got one & put dumbbell inside it & towing straps from home depot. Neighbors look at me funny but I don’t care:) Thanks!
