Discover how to use the Bake function to create delicious chocolate brownies. Our easy-to-follow steps will make sure you’re on your way to mastering the Bake function in no time.
Instructions:
1. Place the wire rack in the bottom position and select Bake using the Function dial.
2. Adjust the temperature and time using the dials on the front of the oven. For brownies, preheat the oven to 180°C.
3. Once the oven is preheated place your tin in the middle of the oven.
4. When you choose the Bake function, you can also select between Convection or No Convection. As you switch between the options the temperature will automatically adjust accordingly.
Top tip:
1. We suggest using Convection for fudgy and delicious results.
2. Make sure the baking paper covers the entire tray for adequate heat circulation.
3. You can do a quick skewer test to make sure the texture is as per your preference. When you are baking fudgy chocolate brownies, the skewer should come out slightly gooey.
