The footage, captured at an undetermined location in Victoria, shows a man exiting his vehicle, approaching the vehicle behind in full fight mode, before fleeing in fear as two Police officers emerge to give chase.
The metal soundtrack of the filming car? It only adds to things. This is cinema.

I watched once a similar situation. A woman was totally out of control she was beating a young driver.
The whole scene was unreal because the traffic was so bad that nobody was moving, then all the sudden this well dressed middle age woman get out of her car and started slapping the driver in front of her , kicking his car, using foul language.
I dialed 911, when all of a sudden , sitting in traffic in the opposite direction , there was a police officer who immediately restrained the woman and put her on handcuffs.

therein lies the inherent problem with policing. People always behave differently when the authorities aren't around and when they are around.
