hey bro, just quick tip may or may not help ya but when running speaker wire just hook pull string on OEM speaker wire and pull it out. Then u can just hook new wire to string and easily pull it thru boot. So easy and fast for me personally.
Now, that's a lot of wood. How much do these door panels weigh? Should of made a mold.

But as far as your question goes, it's basically the same thing, you just need to plot out a cut mark for your handle in the beginning, so you can wrap it accordingly in the end!

How do you mount the panels to the doors? And did you have to upgrade your hinges to support the weight?
That's the part I've always wondered. Do they use the factory slots or what?

Marcus Vasquez you can but i dont reccomend it, but it just depends on how well you do the fiberglass job

Exo your progression of skill in car audio has definately gained my respect over the years. I remember tge beginning when u were toyin around with bs everyday audio but look at ya now. An absolute genius. I look to u for simplified tips u make a challeging install so much easier because local audio shops will leave so much out in detail to force u to spend alot of unnecessary money thanks honie keep the vidz coming...

A good tip, when you are trying to fish the speaker wires through rubber grommets you can use a little bit of silicone lubricant spray or other rubber / plastic safe lubricants if the wires are being stubborn or are very close to being too big to fit.
Just as I thought I searched and searched finally got him on facebook he just has alot on his hands right now once he gets more power to them subs its gonna be freakin awesome so lets all set back and watch some favorite exo vids..... Its homemade Mac in cheese night!!

Thanks EXO I had done my door panels also like you but not so complicating. I have an 85 Isuzu which in those days it was just a flat piece of board. I had to build up with rings and pieces of wood to clear my window motor that I upgraded from a crank window. THANKS EXO for this great video.

Looks great, ever thought about gluing and air nails instead of screws!??...makes it a lot quicker, easier and I noticed you had air setup for stapling!!...get brads, staples, and glue!!!.and.Thanks for all you do!!

HEY EXO. i should have proposed this as a neat thought earlier, though try a horn style speaker design like a smaller shape of a megaphone directly along with the speaker so you get a louder thud with any bass, maybe bend the wood to make a compression, and use a slim-line subwoofer / mid-range-to-low, or even many small speakers like that. and i agree with the top rated comments man, the longer videos are more interesting and captivating. Anyways sorry for the long comment.

Exo, I'm not going to lie, you do some of the coolest builds I have seen. There is one thing that I have been wanting you to do for a while though. I have been waiting for you to do a build with plexiglass. I have come up with my own design already, but I am wanting to see what you can come up with.
