General Drak fight is very rng-based - on some factions lots of people get huge army on the left from the start, so they can’t utilize this strategy. I asked multiple ppl to show their battle - it’s completely random. Some get good rng, some are cursed.
I took your Tirion deck for Heroic Drakk but subbed angry chicken and execute (w/ bloodlust) and went full cheese zerg after using the banshee on the mountain giant.

I get on the left hand side Flamewalker and then Ogre Mage before the Molten Giants. Right side is even harder
