3 things
First, that’s not the correct way to cut a flywheel although it will work , but he needs to cut the full surface, just cutting the worn part will now result in less life. Plus it should be cut parallel to the crank flange otherwise it will wobble cause ing disc chatter.
Second , not the right way to cut a pressure plate, the spring will cause the casting to float so it may be uneven and not wear properly . It will most likely work fine, but there might be chatter, but still the right way to do it is drill the rivets out, remove the casting and locate it in the back of the casting where the spring engages, this will give a true “square” cut to the casting
Besides, put a straight edge on that surface and I guarantee it’s warped, but again, for what the have, it will work
Three..never never wear gloves when using spinning machinery

Как от безысходности (надо было на след. день ехать) купил комплект сцепления в местном автомагазине у нас. Выбора не было купил то что было в магазине, какой то ноунейм за очень дёшево, это насторожило. Установил. Первый выезд - сцепление ведёт, передачи включаются с хрутом. При трогании идёт вибрация. Ну хотя бы по работе съездил куда надо и даже назад приехал и на том спасибо. Заказал Валео, поставил его, и всё заработало идеально.
Вот смотрю видео и вспоминаю то ноунейм сцепление))

да зачем, нормальные накладки поменяли на деревянные, то что там пружинам хана, лепестки просевшие, да кого это волнует, #ещёпоходит. Может даже стартанёт разок.

Na, not the same as asbestos insulation. This in non ferrable , not dangerous. I own a clutch and brake manufacturing company, 100 plus years , 3rd generation, my uncles 96 and was burning brake lining in an open fire pit when he was 6 years old, still healthy, father 87, in business since 18, no issues.

@@davidhamm5626actually no…mostly fiberglass , graphite cotton and linen and a lot of resins , there is Kevlar, but it’s so expensive, it’s only for special clutches.
