Quick fun fact, the first spawn of a boss (as in, from server start) has properly scaled solo hp. Any further respawns give the boss incorrectly scaled HP. For example, if you want to grind Enel optimally, after killing him, restart the server. Solos benefit from this, but if you're with a large party, then the incorrectly scaled HP can be more beneficial usually. First spawns also take a shorter amount of time, around 10 minutes versus respawning taking 15.
