Pressure Canning Corn + Creamy Corn Salsa Recipe (ASMR Style)

Let me show you how easy it is to pressure can corn. I’m also whipping up a batch of my favorite creamy corn salsa which was taught to my by my sister in law!

Corn 🌽 Salsa:
2 cans of corn
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz sour cream or green yogurt
4 oz mayonaisse
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Cumin
Smoked paprika
Diced jalapeño
Diced red onion
Cilantro
Lime juice
