Think about Dio vs Kakyoin: the 20 meter radius emerald splash fails almost as it does originally, but with hierophant’s net and Kakyion coated in Joseph’s and Ceaser’s hamon, Kaykoin’s injuries are very recoverable. Dio is shocked and in pain from the sudden surges of hamon so his time stop fails and Kakyoin lands safely although somewhat unconscious. In the midst of all the smoke, Dio has no idea where he went and so turns his attention to Ceaser and Joseph, they hardly stand a chance but put up a fight long enough for Kakyoin to wake up although the two old men are slightly separated in battle. Dio uses The World and sends a large cross-shaped entanglement of bricks hurdling towards Ceaser, where his life ends. As Kakyoin sends one more emerald splash towards Dio, knocking him away, we get the classic “Ceeeaaaassseeeerrrr!!” from old Joseph. With no time to spare Joseph runs away just how it plays out in part 3, until he is killed in front of Jotaro, from there it plays out as usual, until the battle on the bridge, where DIO faces off against both Jotaro and an extremely enraged Kakyoin, who goes on to play a medium role in part 4. Kakyoin survives DiU like many of the protagonists and volunteers to go to Italy with Koichi, relaying information to Jotaro and tracking the gang, occasionally helping, that is until the last few episodes where he gets a surprise encounter with Polnareff. Due to the power of Chariot Requiem, Polnareff switches souls with Coco Jumbo, while Kakyoin shoots one final emerald splash, saving his friend and his body, where Kakyoin dies at the hands of Diavolo’s time erase. From there, Part 5 carries on as normal, until Giorno and Diavolo’s confrontation, where now human Polnareff is able to toss the arrow to Giorno, and GER defeats Diavolo like normal. Some time passes and Polnareff keeps his position as Passione’s 2nd in command, while Jotaro takes frequent trips to spend time with him. Passione becomes well connected with the Speedwagon Foundation.
Take what you will from this, but a few things could happen in Part 6:
1) Stone Ocean plays out as normal.
2) In the final battle, Polnareff gives his life just in the correct time so that Jotaro can use Star Platinum: The World.
You can make a decision on whether polnareff truly dies or Jotaro gets him medical aid in the form of The Speedwagon Foundation, Josuke, Giorno, etc...
3) Instead of Pucci’s Made In Heaven resetting the universe, Jotaro has enough time to make a call to a certain someone in Passione high command, Polnareff and Giorno Giovanna arrive at the perfect time so that Pucci can “never reach the truth”...

Honestly I would keep Iggy and Ceaser. Maybe Ceaser can have some grandkids to? I could see a grandson and/or granddaughter being interesting. A grandson to be a JoBro for Jotaro and a Granddaughter could be the only female like Trish in part 5 and she could be Kakyoin's best friend in Jotaro's spot. Ceaser would die in Kakyoin's spot and maybe Ceaser could have an acquaintance with hamon and a stand die in Avdol's spot?

I kinda feel like Caesar would just stay back with Holly to take care of her, cause he knows he wouldn’t be very useful during a stand battle. Even with his hamon, he couldn’t see the stand. I think he would know how much it would mean to Joseph if he stayed and took care of Holly, and he could make her those black noodles.
Also, we could still have some fun stuff too. Like when Suzie calls the group, Caesar would grab the phone like an excited kid and just say hi and stuff.

-Kira using Killer Queen to make his victims explode
-Prosciutto's and Cioccolata's AOE abilities

Episode 1: Jotaro stayed locked up because his lack of control caused Platinum to savagely beat the punks he was fighting beyond his comfort level.
Episode 2: Kakyoin uses his Hierophant to control the nurse and tear up her esophagus upon being ripped out by Platinum.
Episode 4: Tower of Grey rips out the tongues of many non-stand users killing them and had been sited to have done so in the past.

As heartbreaking and moving as Ceasar's death in part 2 is, I really wish he had been there in part 3. To see Joseph and Caesar as old men and cracking jokes, living life to the fullest... it would bring a tear to my eye. Of course, Caesar's death brought a river...
I feel like Cesar's stand would be awakened by his passion for hamon. A stand that would have hamon like abilities and would be a long range colony type stand that would be a swarm of bubbles that kamikaze on his enemies dealing hamon damage but to other stands. That way he still uses hamon because his stand is a hamon stand.

You know i would like too see a timeline on how far ceaser could push Hamon beyond its limits. Imagine if he were too create a Hamon energy field around him and his vicinity. This Hamon field is like electricity that could course through all living things near its vicinity by channeling their energy outwards, so ceaser can partially see Stands without him needing one.
Just think off it as throwing paint too see and invisible man. That way we can have fight were we get to see a Master Hamon user vs a stand user it would be interesting tbh.

4:35 Ceasar would get a hermit purple/jonathan's stand type stand ability according to araki. Araki also says that because spin is supernatural ballbreaker is the stand of the spin itself. Hermit purple and jonathan's stand were designed to be the stand of hamon in a similar way. So he would have a stand like that of hamon due to his mastery of hamon.

I think having a Hamon-only user in part 3 would have helped smooth the transition from part 2 and make it feel less abrupt.

I would also love it if holly knew Caesar as well so when Joseph gets off the plane Caesar can be like an uncle or close friend. It would be cute like after she hugs Joseph she says," Mr Zeppeli!!!" And Caesar says something like ,"little Bambina!!!"
Imagine this, Caesar lives has a son who develops a stand, his son disobeys Caesar and goes on the journey with Jotoro. He dies and Caesar blames Joseph for it.
Good plot
There's an Instagram artist that made an au where Josuke grew up with Joseph and Suzi, Joseph still trains with Hamon so he's young af. Basically Suzi and Joseph wanted another kid but Suzi is now too old so Tomoko was a surrogate mom and a family friend. Caesar lives in this au and has a son that is also a stand user. This au, bottom line, is wholesome.

I think it'd be cool if he showed up late into part 3, like maybe on the helicopter with Iggy, and was like visibly half the age of Joseph but Joseph introduced him as one of his oldest friends. Could have a whole little bit where he explains Hamon to the gang since their ages would be visible very different if Caesar kept up his training. Could just explain that Caesar has been training Hamon for decades now. He could have gotten so powerful that he's basically become a stand himself since he can simply do things that no normal human can and is now their secret weapon against Dio since stand or no stand Dio is still a vampire and Hamon kills him.
That way he'd show up at a similar timing to the return of Stroheim or the appearance of Dire and Straizo in parts 1 and 2 and he'd also be a major game changer. Then you kill him off where you killed Kakyoin and there's a moment where the team doesn't know if they can kill Dio because now their secret weapon is gone. Could have an epic final Hamon vs vampire battle with old Joseph teaming up with Caesar to fight one last time. Joseph gets critically injured, Caesar gets spiked into the water tower and dies but maybe not before saving Joseph with his hamon by blowing him the bubble with the last of his energy the way he did in part 2 and his grandfather did in part 1 for Johnathan, Jotaro has to finish the job while Joseph heals and Kakyoin has to get him to safety.
I think it fits their characters too. Jotaro would see Joseph dying and tell Kakyoin he'd handle Dio and to take care of his grandfather at all costs because that's absolutely something Jotaro would do and Kakyoin would absolutely listen without question because he feels the need to protect his friends.
I feel like they’d remove one of the minor villains and rename The Lovers to their card and have Caesar have Lovers Bubble as his stand

Hamon can, if given the right surroundings, be much more versatile than stands. his bubble launcher has way more range than most stands and sunlight yellow overdrive probably hurts like a bitch. Actually, I kind of can see a similar idea happening. Since Hamon likely wouldn't effect Hanged man, Cesar would create a whole colony of bubbles all connected, constantly shifting and spinning so Hanged man only ever had the interior surfaces of the bubbles to jump to. Giving us the added benefit of giving J. Geil some extreme motion sickness due to Hanged Man being spun, twisted, flipped, etc
@Robert Lee Well part 4 shows that shaking a small stand can make it's user flail around randomly, so I'd assume Hanged Man in a small enough surface would be subjected to the same rules.

Ceasar might have actually been really useful in the finale of part 3. Dio is a vampire after all, and if Ceasar just attacked Dio with bubbles while his Time Stop was on cooldown he could probably kill him or seriously injure him.

I see a lot of people saying how they would both look a lot younger (if they kept training hamon) but imo they'd probably just look like they were in their 50 or 60s. Straizo was 75, had been a pretty veteran hamon user, and he still looked decently old. I'd imagine a guy so afraid of his weakness as an elder would not be slacking on his hamon, so unless Lisa Lisa was that much better I'd imagine Joseph and Cesar would end up the same. Since Cesar is a lot more savvy with his Hamon, and overall has better techniques, he might actually be able to slow down his aging more
In lisa lisa's case,she was trained since she was a child,and after george's death,she isolated and just kept training
If Ceaser had a Stand, this is how I think it would go:
Since Hamon users are fated with Hermit Purple, maybe his Hermit Purple would shoot out thorns, or maybe he could have a thorn bomb that does AoE damage to anyone nearby. Either way, it should probably be bubble related to replace his bubble launchers from part 2.

If Caesar were to have been in part 3, the introduction to part 3 would have been Joseph and Caesar arguing over whether crushing a 30k yen camera is really necessary to use Hermit Purple's ability.
I feel like Caesar would have a Stand called Independent Bubble. Localised to Lonely Bubble.
It would look like an extremely buff, white Golden Experience with a headband patterned with circles. (to represent bubbles)
Like Star Platinum, it would have long hair. But the hair is white aswell.
It wears armour, similar to Wammuu's but various different shades of blue (Including : Royal Blue 2, Police Strobe, Ocean Blue and Navy Blue).
Lonely Bubble would also wear a nice long scarf also patterned with circles.
The Stand itself is 6'9, completely irrelevant to anything else including those two numbers.
The Stand shares the same Hamon bubble abilities as Caesar, just more powerful and with other added abilities I thought of whilst writing this comment.
Extra Abilities Include : Bubble Whip, Bubble Grenade, Water Manipulation, Bubble Blade.
Bubble Whip - Lonely Bubble claps its hands together, extending them out to form a whip made of water or bubbles. The whip will vanish after 11 uses.
Bubble Grenade - Lonely Bubble slides its hands around its waist to form a belt made of water, lined with Frag Grenade shaped bubbles. The belt has 15 grenades on it ready to use. When the grenades blow up, the Hamon Bubble Cutter ability shoots out of them in all directions, much like the 20 Meter Radius Emerald Splash.
Water Manipulation - I shouldn't have to explain this.
Bubble Blade - A more solid form of Hamon Bubble Cutter. Lonely Bubble claps its hands together, spreading them apart to reveal a Great-Sword \ Zweihänder made of water or bubbles.
Imagine one of the joefoes or joebros asking how old Caesar is, and he says he is sixty. It would be like Joseph realizing Lisa Lisa is fifty and not younger.

Man, if Caesar should have survived so he could make it to the Stardust Crusaders but since he died, then I feel so bad that he died... I like the line that after he died, Joseph said "CAAAEEESSAAAAARR" Like I could feel the same feeling as Joseph feels. That's all I can say
This could have kept hamon around through the story, whilst also giving opportunity to see the zeppeli family line continue to the next parts

Actually makes me wonder if Caesar would've had any illegitimate kids within the series even after he died (considering how he was heavily portrayed as a player when Joseph first sees him), and/or had some nieces and nephews that were able to dodge the whole "sacrificial lamb" role that the Zeppeli's had with the Joestars for a good while.
It'd mean there could be characters (and/or background characters) in Part 5 related to the Zeppeli bloodline, it'd just be illegitimate or information that isn't pertinent or mentioned very often among the characters.
