Serving - 2
Ingredients:
Sago(sabudana)- 1/2 cup
(soak it for 6-8 hours or overnight)
Peanuts -1/3 cup
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Green chilli- 2
Curry leaves -10 to 12
Potato- 1
Carrot- 1
Tomato(optional) -1(small)
Lemon juice -1 tbsp
Rock salt to taste
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves
