    In this video I have described the working and manufacture of Low Pass Filter Circuit for Sub woofer amplifier. This circuit is based on Sallen Key or double pole topology. Sallen key is very effective filter topology for high performance filters. This circuit is equipped with adjustable frequency and gain control and can be used with any type of subwoofer.     Excellent description and demo Sudhir Jee Now one of my major problem is solved, I will add gain control in first stage of booster of my bass amp. I was annoyed with the fluttering of woofers even at 60% of the available amplification range. Thanks again

      @@WhatIThink sir mene is ko stereo amp k sath 2.1 banya to problem kr rha hai. 5200-1943 stereo amp + 5200 - 1943 (4 MOSFET) mono amp se 2.1 banya hai, is me shyad audio distributer lagana padega shyad. Individual play me achha chalta hai jaisi hi stereo amp is connect kro to bass kam low quality ka ho jata hai

    Bro hume apka frequency potentiometer and gain potentiometer connection samjh nhi aaya. Plz humne puri bord taiyar kar li hai bas potentiometer ka connection ke liye ruke hai.       Dual potentiometer ke ek end ke dono terminal short kar lena hai. Beech wali pins bhi short kar leni hai. Ab jo end par pins bach gayi hai usme Circuit diagram ke according connection karna hai

      Mujhe bhi bnana hain, sub samajh me aya problem aa rhi hain power supply aur jo 220 ohm ke paas capasitor lga hain uski value pdf print nhi likhi hain. Aur power suply sudheer ji ne dual btai hain jab ki pdf print me suply conector me center point khali hain. Please guide kre.

    Bhaiya clear diagram ke sath ek jabardast active crossover taiyar kijiye mono board ke liye. Low-20 se 300hz, Mid-300 se 3000 hz aur High-3000 se 20000hz.

    At 5:34 I think you mis calculated of value it will be 390pf not 39pf. With 39 frequency will be 123khz which is beyond human audible range

    Doubt 1 : R1 and R2 value is in kilo ohm or ohm.

    इस सर्किट को बना तो लिया गेन, फ्रीक्वेंसी सब कुछ सही से काम भी कर रहा है।
    बस एक दिक्कत आ रही है, हमिंग बहुत कर रहा है।
    पॉवर सप्लाई 3amp 12-0-12 ट्रांसफॉर्मर से, 4700mf, 1W 470E रेसिस्टर से होते हुए, 100v-104 pf के साथ 12v जेनर से बनाई है।
    फर्स्ट ऑर्डर गेन में 100k प्रीसेट के साथ 47 pf लगाया है।
    हमिंग को लेकर आपके एक हमिंग पर बनाये वीडियो के अनुसार स्टार कनेक्शन, अर्थ लूपिंग का भी ध्यान रखा है। क्योंकि प्रीएम्प, ब्लूटूथ मॉड्यूल, और यह LPF एक ही पॉवर सप्लाई से हैं। जबकि एम्प 5200 1943 ट्रांज़िस्टर 35-0-35, 10amp अलग पॉवर सप्लाई से है।
    इस LPF के कनेक्शन को एम्प से यदि हटा दें, तो एम्प में कोई हमिंग नहीं है।
    प्रीएम्प इनपुट सिग्नल के बिना, सिर्फ LPF को पॉवर देने के बाद एम्प से कनेक्ट करने पर एम्प में हमिंग आने लगती है।
    कृपया दिशा निर्देश दें।
