DESCRIPTION
The new Zeblaze THOR SQ is similar to the round THOR ULTRA, but radically different than the other THORs before it. The OS is versos 8.1, a step back from Android 10 in the THOR 6 released in 2020. Unlike the THOR ULTRA, the THOR SQ smartwatch has a small front facing camera. It doesn’t support pairing with a tethering app for syncing biometric and workout data from the watch to a phone, however, but pictures, videos, and music can be transferred via the charging cable.

Hello from Germany. First of all, I would like to tell you that I find your channel really useful and informative, and I would like to thank you for it. I also have a question that I hope you can answer for me. I recently became the owner of a S9 Ultra 2 SmartWatch that runs Android 8.1. To increase usability, I installed the floating toucher Ex and the Display brightness app. My problem now is that these two have to be restarted manually every time the clock is restarted. Autostart is already activated in the respective app configuration. that doesn't seem to work. I also tried out various autostart apps to enable the two apps mentioned to autostart. that too was unsuccessful. Do you have any tips for me on how I can solve the problem? I thank you in advance.

Does it come with an always-on or an app is needed to be installed?

Is there an Android watch out there that does (either one) Bluetooth/Sim calling, that doesnt have all the fitness garbage on it?
I dont need ECG, blood pressure, O2, diode crap.
Nor do i need a step counter, workout stuff.
I cannot for the life of me find such a watch and am hoping you may know of one.
All these watches are amazing, I just dont want the added garbage.
I love the ones that have the Play Store, GPS, AOD, pinch and zoom, add my own watch faces, front face camera (video calling) etc.
Just like a cell phone, but a watch.
I had one (back in the day) but cannot find one like it nowadays.
Any advice?

Is there no way to use it as a smart watch connected to an android phone? I dont independent watch I wana connect it to my phone😢
Yeah you should avoid this one then, the ones running full Android don't have Bluetooth calling and technically you can connect it to your phone but it doesn't really do much. There's an app that helps you keep track of some fitness stuff but basically Android broke Bluetooth calling on full Android watches years and years ago. You want something else, it's also worth noting that the full Android watches tend to be more expensive than the not full Android ones so I would doubly avoid this if you don't want something independent.
These are good for tinjerers. You can fiddle with third party launchers and such. But they are a standalone thing primarily with its own SIM slot
The good news for your purposes is there are a lot of options for you. Plenty that have been highlighted on this channel but also stuff like amazefit, wear OS... And literally hundreds of generic watches. Some of them are literally as cheap as 20 25 bucks.

I have had many other watcher currently got Tic watch pro 3 gps and it does all I need except its round. I want rectangular smart watch with atleast full 24hrs battery life. I use whatsapp, phone calls, all notifications, incl whatsapp voice msg reply, plays video/voice msgs, emojis, images.
I dont know if there is an rectangular alternate.

The DT Ultra 2 Android smartwatch, recently reviewed, is a Bluetooth capable full Android smartwatch. It may not meet your other needs, but worth watching the video to see how the Bluetooth calling is implemented
