My favorite interstate. From the cascade mountain interchange seeing all the semi ‘s from the Baraboo river, to the large transmission towers, to seeing all the fields and furst mcness in Lodi. Lots of people from other states never seen those parts of Wisconsin.
Wisconsin roads are vastly superior to Illinois roads. The only decently maintained roads in Illinois are the tollways. Wisconsin doesn't even have tollways.
this must have been on a Sunday morning . only time i know the "inbound" Dan Ryan is not back upped any getting to the "circle Interchange." and the Kennedy work zone is moving at a Descant speed
Any time I am coming back out from the city, I give a friendly honk at the house on the right after the IL-23 Exit, number 36. This is at whatever time of day I drive by. @56:51

Almost 3 hours to get ti lake Geneva WI from Chicago? Shouldn't take more than an hour and a half in light traffic.
Why didn't you continue on I-90/94 to get to Wisconsin Dells and take Exit 92?
I didn’t know which way was better, so I just followed Google Maps.😅

Always was pumped to get my license because I love this interstate and the sight seeing. Especially hwy 60 to exit 108B
Take exit 108B for Wausau Merrimac
