thanks for demonstrating the installation of this system. i have thought about switching to this system b/c it is a lot less expensive compared to a procon pump and motor. the reason i have not is because i heard that with the air diaphragm pumps like the flow jet that if the diaphragm fails it will leak product out in the bay even when the function is not selected until you repair it.

If the diaphragm fails, the unit won’t pump. Product will not be “leaking” out to the bays unless a solenoid valve is open… A bad diaphragm will only affect the Flojet not pumping.
      Thanks

When you are running the poly braid to the bays on this application, do you run 3 different poly braid lines or use just one with putting a tee at each bay to the low pressure boom?

Hi Tom, great video. My question to you is, what's the correct size of polybraid hose to be used with the suggested chemical and air pressure setting (60psi and 25psi) for Pre-soak application, 3/8 or 1/2? Am using 1/4 polytubing for my pre-soak chemical.

What causes high pressure soap to show a blue tint color but pretty much No Suds coming out?'

Tom, my question is ,if i have to use polybraid extension to the bays for FB ,T/C , PS , and Triple foam should all of them be 1/2 size?
The normal 1/4 polytubing has a 1/8 inner diameter.

Yes. if you want to use polybraid extension to the bay, 1/2 size is correct!.
