- So this is the reason why my M4 Competition has no longer been on the channel, it's because back in december we part exchanged it at VW for an UP GTI.
Could this maybe have been one of the strangest part exchanges they've done??

Stage 1 really livens these up, gets you to around 145-150 bhp. I've played with mine and love it. Look forward to seeing what you do to it.
I've seen the graphs for stage 1 and they're pretty impressive! my plan was to get the main "performance" mods done like the exhaust, intake and all of those bits around there done, and then get a custom stage 1 map done on it as I know a few tuners local to me so will be interesting to see what they can get out of it, but I can't wait to get my hands on tinkering with the car
I pulled the engine out of mine and put a proper Golf GTI engine with 300hp

i currently have a beats up and before that i had a standard up and i can 100% say the beats speakers are a must
Yeah i'm definitely gonna have to get the speakers sorted out, but first i want to get the fun mods done!
Had mine from new on 21 plate and love it,unfortunately not making anymore so will not be selling in a hurry.

How strange. I'm trading in my M4 CS this weekend. Just can't be bothered with the bonkers CS on public roads. Bought a X3M Comp for the dog also.
I got smoked by a 1L up GTI, at a traffic light 😂😂 I was surprised how they set off
What car you have? Surprised to read that. I have a standard up and had some impatient guy try overtaking me in a smart 4 door. Was pulling away very slightly from me. I think he might of had the 0.9 turbo engine. Not bad compared to my NA 1 litre
@@zaink7037 well at the time of the event I had leon 1.4 TSI manual did have an upgraded turbo inlet pipe, so I was surprised could have been mapped but I drove auto DSG now so no problem anymore 😂
@@DaickersVideosand its so important to be quicker than other drivers is it ? This is why we have a big problem on UK roads with drivers who lack patience.
Beats system wasn't really worth the money in my opinion, the pan roof however is a fantastic option. I should know I basically specced the same in Oct 2018, picked it up march 2019. Exactly the same apart from mine is a 2 door.
I just find the standard audio system really terrible, but luckily a good friend of mine has a car audio company so he can fix that easily enough for me, but the rest of it really is such a great car!
@@AlexZerbino That's always been my plan, I can't quite remember how much it was as an option, but I heard it and thought to myself I'd rather chuck that into an aftermarket sound system which we all know would sound better!
I disagree... I think that for £400 the Beats is well worth it.

Do an RS3 mod and swap it for one
Never understand why one wants a noisy exhaust or useless intake manifold. Road noise is a problem, but an exhaust isn't? I even deleted the sound actor.
Just a tune, coilovers (had the Eibach springs under my former UP, but that's not enough preventing landing on the end-stops at speed bumps, both front and rear.
And of course a set of the best tires you can buy in this size (205/40/17).
All the rest: waste of money and just worsens the car.
Love mine, great modern car with a proper old school hot hatch driving experience.
